@- popcorn "Intelligence" per se really is a North American concept, with all those Peterson's bullshits on IQ groups. In Europe we value commitment, passion, results and team work. How good one balances things out and is able to reach success partially defines their intelligence. But generally it is far less considered as a purely technical issue... thing that Americans usually like to do a lot.

The Indian Institutes of technology(23 in number) have a selection ratio of 0.9% LOL XD . there is also another group of govt of india institutes at par with some IITs called 'National Institute of Technology' (31 in number) and they have an acceptance rate of like 2%.... and the worst bit is that there are reservations based on income, gender and caste in these institutes so if you happen to be a "general" category male the ratio drops down to 0.4% and 0.9% respectively... i sometimes wish that our education system was more well rounded like Europe and America but instead the only ability you require to enter these universities is clearing an entrance test that is several times more difficult than the SAT cuz if you have 1.1 million candidates and around 30K "good" seats The test needs to be insanely difficult. (fun fact the entrance test for IITs lasts for 6 hours)

However, the students themselves vary. You know how you always hear that colleges accept people who will fit their campus. MIT does not necessarily look for students at Harvard and Harvard does not look for students at MIT. That’s also why students get into some schools but not others. I’m sure not all Harvard students are waking up at 2 am and reading and not all MIT students are as laid back as Nina. It’s just the students. Nina is also one of those college students on RUclips that don’t try to fake stuff. Some try to be as productive as possible when filing but are completely different off camera.

I'm confused because I thought that if the comet is moving away from the sun, its gravity would be reducing because it's further away from the core of the sun, and the equation for potential energy is mgh, so now I really want to know why that's wrong
If its moving away than no doubt the change in PE is positive cuz if it would have been negative the comet wouldn't get away for the sun in first place since negative PE means attraction, feel free to correct if am wrong
