We as fans need to remember these are LONG seasons and we have to be patient and trusting of our coaching staff to manage play and injuries. We are a good team that will get better throughout the season.
Vic Fangio is the difference this year. He knows how to challenge his guys and is creating the depth on defense to make guys feel like they have to play their best. I can’t wait until Sydney Brown comes back to this defense. This defense is deep and will continue to improve as the season goes on. In Fangio we trust!!
Eagles will be a good team with Vic Fangio calling the shots on defense. As a 49ers fan I miss him as the DC when Jim Harbaugh was coaching. Eagles defense is talented on the front 7 it’s all about moving around the chess pieces

I give him credit for making the adjustments to make the defense effective. I don’t like Huff at edge but I can see him in a role at outside linebacker. But that would take adjusting

I'm still not a believer in this defense. If you remember last yr they had a tremendous game against a high powered Dolphins offense, yet came back the next week and got absolutely lit up against Washington. Now obviously i have alot more confidence in Fangio as our DC than Desai, without question. I just think ultimately we don't have the personnel to be consistent from week to week. I think our secondary is still shaky, and our DL, particularly Davis, Carter, and Sweat, haven't proven they can be consistent. But we'll see.
Clearly DEFENSE won the game against the Saints and Mr Fangio is the reason; on offense, the COWBOYS coordinator, Mr Moore, is a saboteur; it is a wonder how Roseman would bring in this COWBOYS reject, him having done NOTHING for Dallas and now, again, is the Eagles offensive coordinator. The weak-link is the offensive coordinator, and Sirianni, hopeful these two get jettisoned during the bye-week. FInally, Hurts, he has lost his "edge", like he had in 2022 and hopefully he regains that "anger", his current focus on his charitable giving and foundation. These are both commendable, OFF-season, and yet us FANS just want a super bowl PARADE, Hurts, in his current form, not the QB to get us on Broad Street celebrating.
