hello guys note little recipe for home cooking.
oil / ghee 50ml
cinnamon sticks 2
blackpaper 10
cloves 5
black cardamom 1
onion 1 medium size slices
tomato paste / slices 2 medium size
salt to taste ?
red chilli or flake chilli 1/2 tbl spn
coriander powder 1/2 tblspn
cumin powder 1 te spn
lentil white (daal mash) 250 g soak for 1 hour
water 1 glass 200ml
green chilli 4-5
in last garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
