Having a feverish addiction to lean can really fuck people up aside from the opioid dependence part of it. That's why people have bloated stomachs from bloated livers, kidney issues, and that's even aside from conjuring a habit for opioids meaning that when you can't have it, you're going to somehow get it, especially with these days when bootleg fentanyl has poisoned the street supply everywhere in the States. RIP JuiceWRLD but he didn't hide the fact he had a bloated stomach and substance habit because he was gulping that lean the same, and tragically died of a seizure at the airport after panicking and taking all the drugs he had on him.
Fredo was a living legend while he was with us but if you folks are partying with that lean, trust me I know, it feels good, it's fun, it's even a status symbol, but do yourself a favor and make that shit a once in a while thing. Even though codeine in lean is one of the weakest opioids, it's still an opioid, and the problem with opioids is 99.999% of people don't heed the warnings, ride with that shit, feel good, and don't realize it has you by the throat long before you realize it.
