Holy shit, this heat was insane. Really don't know which guy deserves the victory here. Two explendid surf demonstrations. Not taking progressive surf out of consideration, I enjoy too much those heavy turns and free falls from Wilkinson.
That air was too sloppy for the score, especially if you compare that to wilkos score with a rodeo and clean landing

Wilco got robbed on that one- in my opinion, that foamy recovery landing on griffins one move big air was not enough.....amazing however

i can see how Griffin could have gotten the score he got if he landed that air perfectly but he didn't ,over scoring situation here plus the Rodeo is a much harder trick to pull off .i love Griffin but the winner here is Matt
