Awesome! I have a F250 Lariat Tremor with 7.3 and absolutely love it, would really love it with a 3.2 whipple or pro charger!!!
How much new? Best HWY MPG’s?
Ouch! Lariat? How much did that set you back?

Anyone else thinking come to a full stop before you shift!!
Ford made it to where you can shift from 2wd to 4wd without stopping as long as your steering wheel is straight.
But if your talking about making a full stop before you shift from forward to reverse then yeah your right.
Shift from D to R or P? Yeah, full stop. Or are you talking about the 4wd? These vehicles you can switch on the fly.

This makes me want to go out and get one of these and procharge it. lol. I don't know if the rams will hold that kind of power or not.
Very nice. Wish someone had a supercharger kit for the 2015 & 2016 6.2L engines in the Super Duty series.
Roush or Hennessey maybe.
There are Supercharged Raptors that had the 6.2.

It will pass anything but a gas station. I recon with the f.i. she'll drink premium now. 36 gals * 8mpg = 288 mile range, $125 fill ups. Won't take long to pay for the diesel.
I have been getting 10mpg pulling a Enclosed trailer that weighs 10,000lbs. So far looking like around 13.5 - 14 mpg around town driving it easy no load behind it of course. I haven’t tested it highway yet. I would image driving it hard all the time mileage will be horrible.

You know that you can shift into 4wd on the fly in almost every truck? My 02 Duramax does it flawlessly. And my 97 k2500 will to. As long as your below 10-15 mph. They aren't designed to shift at a stop
I honestly didn’t know that. Thanks for the info. I didn’t even know I could do that in my own truck at the time. Thank you for watching 👍🏻
A 4wd system with a center differential transfer case instead of a chain driven transfer case would be great in this truck. My 03 Land Rover has it because its full time 4wd. The sequoia has a center diff on the transfer case too so you can drive and turn in 4wd. When you need to lock the front and rear together like a chain drive would you just lock the center diff. This truck is definitely a beast!
It’s called shift on the fly, been around about 30+ years.
@John Smith Not all brands have it,some have to be stopped.
Even back when you had to manually lock your hubs in you could shift whenever you wanted as long as they were locked.
Very impressive!
Thank u

If you don't mind me asking, about how much in labor was it for the install and tune?
The Tuning was included with the purchase of the ProCharger with 5 Star Tuning. The install cost will depend on who installs it, but with everything I had it was around $2200 for install. I appreciate you watching!
wondering whats done to the engine. i work at a ford dealership and the other day we had a 7.3 come in with a broken oil pump gear, had all of 200 miles on it.

The tuner from 5 star needs to come to a complete stop before grinding into drive.
Have issues with you trans yet? Like kicks? I noticed you threw it in reverse as you were doing 5mph forward
Zero transmission issues so far. My truck but wasn’t me driving, but it held up to him. I tow a trailer with it almost daily and it’s had its share of beatings. So far its holding up and gets good fuel mileage driven properly. Thank you for watching!!
What does a stock 6.7 L diesel truck get 0-60 time with 1050 ft lbs? Curious for the comparison....
Stock I believe they do about 7.5 seconds 0-60 maybe a little less.
I know you are going for smiles per gallon, but what is the cruising mpg? I'd like to put a supercharger on my truck, but don't want the mpg to dip too far below 11mpg that I'm getting now🤣
I average around 10-10.5mpg with a mixture of driving. That’s a lot of stopping and taking off combined with a little highway. Plus pulling a trailer. If I keep my foot in it it’s down in the low 9 mpg range. It’s actually more efficient with the ProCharger on it when towing compared to stock mpg wise.
@IanWest 4x4 Depending on how you drive you will be ok.
dream do this but with a F150... 7.3 gas with a charger.. money!

I didnt think 4 wheel drive even in high could go 80mph with out destroying parts?
No it doesn’t hurt it surprisingly. Now 4low that would probably destroy things.
Thank you for watching!!
4 wheel high has always been for highway / road use my boy!
but yeah thats why you should never just settle for a 2wd truck.
Lol in Canada in the winter we always drive in 4 wheel on the highway. Never know when your gonna hit black ice and best to have the most control possible.
it depends on the transfer case. with 4x4 high full time you can drive on pavement because it has an open differential in it. in 4x4 high part time the TC diff will be locked and you wouldn't want to drive on the pavement. some TCs have a full time and part time 4x4 high whereas others have one or the other.
My truck has the dual alternators and the dual batteries. How would that work with the procharger? I would be ok with going to one if its possibly.
The coolant overflow tank has to be changed along with a bunch of vacuum hoses and coolant hose, along with a few other things. Some things will have to modified. You will Also have to get rid of one of the alternators and go down to one battery. I Can’t say it can’t be done but will be aggravating
Would this be something that 5 star can do?
@@mariobrothers8348 They can but they are booked right now so would probably be a waiting list. Maybe check to see if Ford Dealer can do it if you are wanting done soon.
Does 5 star install the whole procharger setup or do they just sell it. If so how much.
@@mariobrothers8348 This Kit is $7,198 plus tax but if you are interested in purchasing one call 5 Star Tuning and they will discount that price 843-536-1244. It’s not to bad. I pull a 10,000lb trailer a lot an it averages 10mpg. I plan to check it on the highway without out trailer. It actually was only getting 8.5-9 mpg without ProCharger pulling trailer. More efficient now. Just gotta keep the foot out of it.

Yes don’t worry that’s normal.
@@ProCharged7.3Godzilla wow.

It will be great if the 10 speed can handle it.
It should be able to. It has the same transmission as the 6.7 and those are putting out 1050 ft/lb.
Should have no issue if it’s not constantly beat on.
2020 6.7 puts out out about 600RWHP and 1200 RWTQ when tuned.
Although I’m not sure if the 7.3 10R140 and the 6.7 10R140 have different clutch counts or not
