They kicked him for showing too much emotion. Rest of ENCE is too badass to play with him

I loved ence but especially alexib, was hella pissed when I heard he got kicked, glad he's found his team! gg alexsib!
Why is it with NA teams when they do postmatch interviews it's always that they didn't hit their shots or they made mistakes. They never say anything like "yeah OG was better in this match". Always just like in Katowice ENCE vs Liquid twistzzz says like "they played just like we thought they would but we didnt hit our shots". Just fucking say that they were better this time.
Also pointing out that OG won EG again so it definitely wasn't only about them missing their shots.
It's the NA style; a distinct lack of public humility and respect towards their opponents. Looking at most NA organisations be it in the traditional or esport world, there's the similar NA loud and proud; "I can't be wrong I'm the best!" attitude, I guess it's very americana. It makes good entertainment no matter what the outcome is.

To be honest, the raw capability to hit shots in dynamic situations, ENCE beats most of the teams easily. CS is so much more than just "hitting shots".

nope, not csgo - csgo will be changed to a new game (the name might still be csgo, but the engine needs to be updated. Perhaps source 2 will be the new engine or they will make one more with lighter perfromance)

Stan is great, no doubt, however I'm pretty tired of players being interviewed after a loss saying "we didn't hit our shots and made uncharacteristic mistakes". If an IGL says that, it basically means he doesn't know what went wrong or what they will improve until the next game. Just an excuse I'm tired of hearing. Aleksib was more detailed and critical even after a win.

I really don‘t understand why they removed aleksib for sunny . I mean if they see their team is doing well why would they kick the igl. It would make more sense to kick a player with a less important role like why not kick Aerial or Xseven. Their contribution to the sucess was far less than aleksi‘s.
When they kicked Aleksib ence was not doing well so they felt like they needed to change things up but it was still the wrong move to kick Aleksib for sunny. They could have easily just gotten their shit together and start winning big again. But that was their logic for kicking him in a nutshell.
Because allu is an insecure manchild who couldn't deal with the fact that someone on the team knows the game better than him. They kicked Aleksib to protect Allu's fragile little ego.

No. When you kick one, make sure you have an exact replacement igl in mind before doing so.
Ence doesn't have one in mind when they benched aleksib, that's why they are trash.

The advantage of having 3 former igls from different teams is that the strats are throughly studied and scrutinized before implementation. I guess this is why OG is doing better in each game they play.

I mean even if you are as good as aleksi is at speaking english heneeds filler words to take a second to make his sentences
That's what usually happens with non-native speakers. "Like" becomes the filler word for thinking what to say next. Example taken straight out from english slang.
It's quite common especially in finnish people and can confirm i do this myself a lot
Imagine trashing somebody for not being able to talk fluent english when their first language is 100% finnish and second language probably swedish.
@@HabitualLinestepperr ye thats the problem with people who speak english as their first language cause they usually forget that for example AleksiB has started learning english in school like at 9 years old couple hours a week and he hasn't spoken it that much in every day life until the OG lineup was created.

@@BeggerT You definitely don't. Job of the desk host is to ask the right questions and keep the broadcast flowing in the right direction. You need to interrupt at points otherwise the broadcast goes off rails into a long discussion. I mean look at Richard Lewis the best esports host (imo) he was a great host in any of the games he worked on and he's a csgo guy.
