    The taichi sword performance by Master Chen shiyu is more of a spiritual dance than martial arts. One needs to let go of all preconceived ideas before the spirit can be absorbed.

      Wudang sword philosophy is to become one with the sword, to master these forms requires a high level of meditation and awareness, your mind must be clear of all thoughts to move swiftly with no offbeat in rhythm.
      Once you can tap into this state of mind the sword is your arm, no longer an object you are holding.
      I’m pretty sure this master wins his sword fights.

    Exactly! I think this is the difference between master and warrior. The Great Zhang San Feng 's Spirit is in his heart. His sword is the wing of a crane and its sinuous movements are the twists of a snake .... in perfect harmony ... in Wudang.
