I want to buy this but a lot of reviews online are talking about software problems and the mask not working or battery failures or wifi connection problems? Do you have any update on this maybe? Thank you!
I’ve never had a problem with mine. The app was a bit iffy at first, but updates have improved that.

Thank you for this review. Are these rebranded masks? On amazon they have a lot of similar looking ones with the same app.
I’m not sure if they’re OEMs or others make very similar designs. I jut know you have to watch out for the amount of pixels that are on offer. Some of the older designs are being sold at the same price as the newer designs with more pixels.

One question i hoor you can awnser! Mine just arrived and nothing happens when pushing buttons. Now charging for 30 min and still no sign of charging??
Are you sure it’s plugged in correctly? Have you tried a different charger?
@@RetroBoxRoom i fixed it, thank you for your awnser! I wouldnt charge with any charger til i tried it with a slow charger and that worked? Fast chargers or big ones didnt work for some reason. Thank you!!

@@RC29972 it was so anoying. I thought it was defect. But i tried it with the cable it came with in a lot of chargers and then it worked worked with 1. Just use the cable that came with the mask and try the cable in a lot of chargers. I’m sure it will work. I thought mine was defect
@@JasonAcevedo thanks buddy is exactly what i did now and it started charging, this is so so wired for real... how was ur experience so far? Had any issues like softwer or batterywise? I heard a lot of bad reviews around, but is interesting because this is the last model of mask if not mistaken, but for some reason is cheaper than the older models, but qualitywise and screenwise looks actually good tho... will like to see ur poont of view and experience so far 🔥

@@RetroBoxRoom Great review!! 👍 I think as soon as 128x56 Transparent OLED Displays are available in color they can use that for eyes until something better comes along. I hope to be able to grab this mask and 2 of the current 128x56 Transparent OLED Displays (blue) + controllers at some point and see what I can do.
