I can't believe how incorrect the pastor taught about Jonah. Jonah was angry knowing that if the Ninevites turned from their sins & the people of Israel wouldn't, Israel would have to go through discipline by God & he'd have to see it. That's why he asked to die - not to see them suffer. Please understand Judaism beliefs & lessons if teaching from their Torah/Tanach. The Old Testament got it wrong. God used the Ninevites story to show us that even the worst of the worst can be forgiven by simply turning from sin & towards God. No Jesus needed, only God. 🙏
