I feel like Fennec is an "anti-aggro" leader, since you can trade to keep units off the board and eventually take over with your big stuff. Paying the extra 1 for her ability doesn't seem so bad since you're going to be playing X/1s like Greedo and Starwing Scout (which I think is a GREAT card in this deck). I think there have to be other options though besides just jamming units into the deck. Bounties could be a good option since you're trying to assassinate units with ambush. Thanks for the video!
Would love to see more videos like this, especially because I am starting to feel some analysis paralysis of what to run in set 2 with so many leader options! One other advantage with blue is that it gives you the greatest opportunity of keeping her deployed for longer because it includes upgrades that give the most health and has more healing and shields. So maybe blue is the best color for having a chance against control, because an upgraded Fennec with Saboteur could wreak some havoc. Edit: after watching all the way to the end, one other card that could be good in a Red Fennec deck is Karabast. If any of your Ambush units survive their attacks, it will likely be on just 1 health, which means Karabast could let you deal another 3 to 4 damage to something else for just 2 resources.
I see Ambush is a Tempo mechanic in most cases. If you can be trading two for 1 most of the time its a great midgame win strat. But that's tough when limited to 4 cost units that you have to pay one extra for. Overall with the cards we have Fennic looks like she would be in the middle of the pack as a leader.
I think Fennec will end up Top 3 leader from this set. Essentially endless removal is such a solid ability. We know from ECL than giving ambush to units that don't have it can be crazy. I think the deck requires works, but a good start. I didn't see you consider Boba villain unit, but don't sneeze at essentially a surprise villain ambush who can take out exhausted 6 health units for 6 resources (probably better in green with U-wing though).
Love this type if video definitely want to see more about the process of deck building.
Thoroughly enjoy seeing your thought processes on these kind of videos. BRING US MORE!!!! (Please. 😊)

blue is also appealing for grit to pair with ambush/unit combat

Very interesting to follow your thought-process!
You should put the cams on the left when scrolling through the right list so we can see the card text :D
Will keep that in mind for next time!
Wampa is surprisingly good in this, and bring in Han Solo and a couple Wreckers to bring it home

Every yellow deck needs to run surprise strike imo, especially if you're concerned about the control matchup.
Awesome video! Definitely want more. Keep up the dope work 🤙
star wing’s draw into poe is fantastic

Really looking forward to this set and especially this leader expecting fennec to be very strong
