Ellie Simmonds Reveals Her Adoption Story & Finding Her Secret Family | This Morning

Multiple gold-medal-winning Paralympian, Ellie Simmonds, has recently revealed that she was adopted when she was just two weeks old. In her brand new ITV documentary, ‘Ellie Simmonds: Finding My Secret Family’, Ellie spends time with families who adopted disabled children and tracks down her birth mother. She tells us what it felt like hearing about being rejected for her Dwarfism and why it’s brought her closer to her adoptive parents, who have fostered 70 children.
