My gosh I love this video! I’m always afraid to have anyone massage my feet hard like that. Im so full of tension & pain in my feet it’s constant. I don’t have much ankle joints left from osteoarthritis. I broke my left navicular and I have a big boney area that prevents my tendons from moving smoothly over top of it. But man I would love to have my feet mangled for 2hrs like that 😂 I’m watching what you do closely it would feel amazing in the moment & I hope I’d be able to walk after! But I’d love it.
Watching this again! I need to get a tool like that! My baby toe 5th metatarsal is very messed up! Every step I take it painful! my peroneal tendon super tight! Basically the whole right leg 🤦♀️
Are you pressing pressure points when you are grabbing toes 😣 I think I have a lot of trapped emotions in my feet! Probably fear! Too many years of stress!

It’s just so good to get rid of chronic tension. It may be uncomfortable while receiving the massage but the freedom that comes after is so worth it
