And if they didn't define for her what the dress code is, then she might have a case for wrongful termination, unless she lives in an at-will state.
Ridiculous if her fashionable choices for dress somehow crossed an invisible line that women coaches should ONLY dress themselves in black or dark blue or beige pantsuits! She looked PROFESSIONAL, & frankly some tiny egos, male & female on the school board couldn’t handle it!

Have you seen the outfits that some of these HS teachers wear in the classroom? This woman was dressed appropriately, professionally, and held herself with amazing dignity. I applaud the new school for hitting her and I commend Coach for setting amazing standards for these young women.

I’m from Louisiana all I can say is that who ever the people that are that in charge of the firing and the other coaches of the organizations and different schools let not forget the referees too.
