Never in my life would I have thought I'd get to see a new Opeth Death Metal album! Mikael still sounds fantastic, and he seems to be having a blast playing the older material. I cannot wait for October 11th. 🤘
Suicidal tendencies were setting up on the stage next to opeth and it was petty loud over opeths songs, thats why i think someone could have been booing
Am I the only one who thinks the entire festival was too loud or had too much bass? Sound was not so good for some bands. Opeth being one of them. Or maybe my location was not good
It’s considered to be the best spot for sound quality. But not. Tried many locations in the festival for a good sounding experience. But awful in general
I was actually quite impressed with the outdoor live sound while I was there. During Opeth there was a minor issue early in the set, then they fixed it. Overall had a blast seeing my favorite bands all week🤘👿
@@gurrenmed5319 Because they played a fan wish list. Most fans prefer old opeth. I personally love their newer works too. But the majority decited otherwise.

Banger of a setlist. Never thought they'd perform one like that again.
Most of these songs have death metal growls. I guess that should be our hint to the way their new music might be.
