Hey Jazzy. Love your videos. I'm a trainee dental nurse, so here's some advice about TMJ. With regards to TMJ discuss the pain with your dentist. Bite guards can help with teeth grinding at night time and help reduce wear and tear to the teeth too. Usually TMJ is caused by stress or stressors, your dentist will discuss with you ways to manage it. That being said i dont think you will be out of the crisp eating game forever, so don't panic. Hope this helps 🙏 ☺ TMJ also stands for the joint in your jaw, temporomandibular joint.
TMJ pain, microwave heat pillows are incredibly helpful, also I find when one side flares up then lean your head over to the opposite site as it helps to take the pressure off and let’s it relax. It’s only a short term relief but it does help 😘
You have so many cool "Christmas" foods there in the UK!! We don't have anything like that here in Canada. Also, WOW what a crazy variety of advent calendars! Toblerone?? That's awesome!
German here. Yes, Lebkuchen is a Christmas treat, sometimes they also sell them filled with jam, but I do prefer them without. I live in Dublin now, and honestly, Lidl is amazing for all German Christmas treats if you want any more. Also, Lebkuchen is pretty much like gingerbread cake, I suppose.
i was going to say, isnt it ginger bread lol (my husband is german - family use to bring special treats from the market in the city - its been a while)
I LOVE that you're so excited for free from stuff! It's taken far too long for allergy sufferers to get food they can eat that's usually dangerous. It was so nice seeing you highlight these! X
It is really difficult shopping of wheat free stuff that actually tastes half decent, warbotons tiger loaf is the best bread if anyone is in my position, Iv tried them all and that is the best by far xxxxxx
When you said "they look like cheese puffs but are turkey and stuffing", why did I think they were supposed to go in the oven and was immediately shook when you ate them "raw"? 😂😂 Fml how did I forget that crisps was a thing? 😂 Also I think Kinder egg was always called Kinder egg surprise and then they brought out Kinder Joy
I had horrible TMJ for years until I realized I had a tongue tie (still) as an adult. I got revision surgery and no joke my TMJ is completely gone! I would definitely look into tongue ties in adults. It’s more common than you would think and there are tests you can do yourself to see if you have one. Hopefully you can find out what’s causing it and find relief soon 💜
I was just commenting about my tmj and read your comment and it's so strange because my chiro mentioned this to me but I sort of dismissed it. She was looking in my mouth and thought I could possible have that but couldn't say for sure as it's just something she has started to learn about. How did it help you?
@@SarahTypes I would definitely look into it! For me it completely took away my TMJ pain that I had constantly. Chewing harder foods don’t bother me anymore and I can talk or read out loud for long periods of time without my tongue hurting or starting to lisp. And after I got the procedure my chiropractor noticed that all my muscles in my neck and shoulders were way looser and more relaxed. It honestly made a huge difference for me!
Me and my boyfriend do a ‘snack sack’ every year! It’s basically a Santa sack that we hide Christmasy snacks in. Then nearer to Christmas we spend every evening pulling out a different snack and trying it together 😂🙌🏻
There is lots of advice about managing TMJ on line, and minimising the pain including such things as physio, bite guards and all sorts. Your doctor should really be pointing you in the right direction on this
Yes! I suffer with tmj as well and daily messaging my jaw muscles and completely relaxing my face, wearing a night guard consistently, and finding new stress releases through my hands instead of clenching my jaw has been a lifesaver! I used to regularly have a locked jaw and now I only get a sore or tight jaw once in a while.
I've had TMJ for what seems like forever! It definitely hurts but you should still be able to eat your favorite foods (crisps included) by sensing when your going to have a flair. Warm, moist heat and soft food while pain is present is my strategy. Good luck and love your videos 🍀😊
I've had severe TMJ for years - I cured it by not opening my mouth wide and doing a soft food diet for a month. Also finding an upper cervical chiropractor completely fixed it!
So many cool things - I would try all of these! Maybe I've missed it but I feel like in the USA we don't have any special Christmas foods, they just slap festive colors & images on the packaging of regular foods. Hugs from America! ❤️
I think in the US it’s more desserts…like special cookies (like spritz cookies) more so then regular foods. Or we have more special foods that are traditional for each family or even regionally, but not so much the US as a whole.
When you casually go on to look for another video and pause seeing Jaz. I dunno know a better way to get into the spirit than watching such a beautyful and inspiring soul😍
O' my, those "lebkuchens" are absolutelu best things ever! My grandma is from Austria (I live in Finland) and in our family we eat those every year. So good!
Oh Jasmine i so hope you can manage Percy Pigs, they are incredible so it really would be sad if you can't. Love your recent vids, really look forward to the notification that comes to say you have uploaded xx
I was worried if something happened to you because there was no vlog yesterday, glad you are okay. Its completely fine to miss a day ❤ I really has enyoyed your daily vlogs and waiting for a new upload ❤❤ Hoping for vlogs in December too, not Daily ofc but some vlogs would be fun.
Hooray for a Jazzy video! Love seeing these! I love how when you do the eating something for 24 hours you don’t just stay in your comfort zone, you branch out and try new things. Oh and tip for your hair curling adventures, have you tried using a texture spray before the heatless curling methods? That helps my hair hold curls (I suck at doing my hair 😉), maybe it could help your curling methods. Good luck!
I have TMJ as well, and that happens often to me. Sometimes I find that it's of I'm talking or moving my jaw too much in a day, I get sore for a few days after.
TMJ here! I had a mouth guard I used at night which stopped me grinding my teeth/tensing my jaw and definitely relieved the symptoms. It's just a flare up. Eat crisps as much as possible (that's not medical, just love crisps)
Jazzy I love your videos and I have always wanted to know how you stay so fit, would you do a health video like what work outs you do and what food you eat through out the day please I would love to see that ❤ 💕
Jazzy love, those cute chocolate ball critters are supposed to be filled before you eat them.......think a lovely berry gel or coulis + cream or a chocolate mousse piped in through the hole........then arrange on a plate all pretty for dessert.
So much fun to have all the specific Christmas foods! In USA we don't have that. Sorta jealous! But thanks you for showing us! I would love to try the turkey and stuffing puffs! Yum! Chicken and waffles is a big thing in the southern USA. Often with maple syrup!
I love your videos, your energy always makes me so happy!!! I would love to see you do a 24 hour only eating vegan food, I’d love to see what you think of some of my favourite products!
I have had TMJ for years, use a month guard at night which helps, but you can irritate it with certain foods. I suggest a cold and hot compress when your in pain before bed and try softer foods the day after. But you will learn to manage it with time.
I had tmj and my jaw never really hurt that much. I would probably suggest that you try to eat smaller bits at a time and chew them slowly and easy and gently.
Oh my goodness, those puffs and crisp make me want to fly over there just for the snacks. Thanks for sharing your life with us, you make me smile. I’m so sorry you are dealing with the jaw problems (hugs from the US)
I was diagnosed with TMJ in my late teens (mid-50's now). You are most likely having a flare-up. Remembering to wear a mouth guard at night and finding a RMT you can trust and relax with who can work the face, jaw, and neck muscles. Be aware of your jaw muscles and don't over work them.
I bought Lebkuchen spread in Lidl today (Those German ginger biscuits that pop up around Christmas but like Biscoff spread) so excited to try it at Christmas. They, like Biscoff spread, have both chunky and smooth varieties but I got the smooth because I thought it would go farther.
I love shopping with Jazz 😁.... You need to have the Christmas pudding with custard!!!! I make a Christmas pudding with tropical dried fruit and mixed nuts.. instead of the normal raisins and sultanas... soooo good... Lebcucken are amazing... you should try Pfeffernusse ... they are amazing!!!!!
I have TMJ you’re fine with crisp I’m the same when my jaw flares up… I tend to stay away from tough food like steak and my physio said for me to stay away from chewing gum too. I have TMJ through a condition I have called Neurofibromatosis (NF type1) and my jaw is completely locked. It also clicks and cracks sometimes too which is very painful. But my advice is to stay away from tough food and listen to advice from your doctor/Physio ❤️
Hey Jaz! I have my TMJ. Some days jaw hurts more than others. I wear a guard at night (sometimes the day if it really hurts) it stopped me biting down to hard. Facial massage is really good too! Lots of spas do them. You do get used it to be honest, just be mindful of your bite when you're concentrating such as editing or working! Xxx
For TMJ you can eat whatever you want because it’s usually just a flare up. Ibuprofen and ice should do the trick to calm the flare up. I normally do like a plastic shot glass of water in the freezer whenever you need it grab it and a paper towel and simply just rub it on the spot that’s painful.
I’m actually surprised to see so many people in the comments section that have TMJ. I also have it and Arthritis as well. My arthritis actually gives me more grief than my TMJ. I had to surgeries for my TMJ but it’s never really hurt before but limited my movement and how wide I could open my mouth. But it’s just really interesting to see that not only Jazzybum has it but so many others in the comments section. I never ever seem to come across anyone else that has it or arthritis. Sometimes I feel like the oddball misfit in my mid twenties that deals with TMJ and arthritis but it’s nice to see that I’m not alone. Hope everyone who has it finds the necessary help and guidance they need. Living with illnesses isn’t fun nor easy. But at least learning how to live with it and manage the pain helps. Love you Jazzybum and hope you get back to enjoying your crisps very soon without so much pain!! Illnesses really do suck! But watching your fun videos always helps make each day a whole lot better!! 😊❤️💚🎄
Even though she didn't like it, Jasmine was more clingy over putting that Christmas pudding in her mouth than the cling film that was wrapped around her Christmas cake.
TMJ: everyone is different so take what anyone says with a grain of salt... my TMJ flares up when I overwork my jaw...massaging it and resting it (not eating things that involve a ton of chewing) seems to help the pain so I would try to avoid chewy items until pain lessens or dissipates
Bless you having TMJ, my dad had it and he was advised to eat soft food only until his pain settles down. I hope this helps xxxx p.s loving Jazz the (almost) daily vlogger!! And try the chicken waffles with maple syrup, it’s delicious!
Ooo i wonder if i have tmj i get that alot i have to wear a retainer but its not doing anything been getting headaches and my jaw locks does this sound like it at all?
some days i can hardly open my mouth other days painful to eat i find on horrible days ice packs and muscle relaxant helps even have mouth gaurd all the stuff you got looks so yummy especially the sandwich
Spicy chicken and waffles is my favorite food combination, however its more of a specialty dish where I am from. I have never in my life seen a Christmas pudding and none of the store near me have those cute premade Christmas foods.
I also have TMJ and the jaw pain comes and goes with flare ups. Mine has gotten so bad before that I couldn't open my mouth at all for three days. Hope yours never gets that bad. Love your videos 💕
Jazzy your 100% my person to watch when I need cheering up 🤣🤣 I’m sorry but I was laughing so much with u and that eagle 🦅 “ I’m going to put its wings away “ as the wing fell off 🤣🤣 I don’t like Xmas pudding but I never done what u did which was keeping eating it lmao 🤣 ur brill Jazz u really are so thank u for making me laugh today 💋🥰
"Not the biggest fan of it; Can't seem to stop eating it" I have this with some TV/Netflix series where I've wached 5+ episodes and still don't know if I like it :'D
You did great finding real food! I find so many Christmas foods are sweets/cakes/pies type. I’m so surprised about the advent calendars. They are not a big deal in Canada-at least they never were in my house-though my grandparents would send us one when we were little.
Lebkuchen is a Christmas treat and it's my favorite Christmas treat. We are so lucky to get them in Namibia and they are so freaking yummy. If I eat them I can only think of Christmas.
Being an American, I’m curious to know what a Christmas Pudding is? It looks kind of similar to a fruit cake. Could someone please help me out and explain what a Christmas Pudding is and what is sometimes in it?
Christmas pudding is similar to fruit cake except it's much more moist and you are supposed to eat it warm with custard. It is our classic Christmas dinner dessert.
Hey Jazzy!❤️ I have TMD as well, I was diagnosed 8 years ago. My joint discs are completely worn out so it’s straight bone on bone 😫 I would survive basically with ibuprofen / painkillers / naproxen and then last year I got an Invisalign treatment. I wore trays 22h/24h and it helped A LOT since I couldn’t clench or snack as much! Now I have a tray that I’m wearing at night only and it helps also to reduce the pain. I am not waking up with jaw pain as much as I did because since I was in pain at night I clenched a lot during my sleep so the pain was unbearable when I got up. I am still having pain when I stress a lot. I cannot eat hard candies or even soft candies (gummy) and I can’t chew gum anymore, but I can eat hard food during meals! I can’t tell you that your pain will go away, but before I am having hard meals or if I feel like snacking candies I pop 3 ibuprofen to prevent the sharp pain… I also did chiropractic/physio and saw a TMJ surgeon but none of it helped and the surgeon said the chances of not having pain anymore are slim. I hope you’ll find tips and tricks on how to manage your pain like I did 🥰
Not sure if you have seen but there is a game called ‘cards against grey’. All about greys anatomy. Love you btw you make me smile and laugh like no other ❤️❤️
I absolutley love getting these videos everyday (almost) XD Oh! I found some small trees that would fit nicely in the beauty and the beast rose-cupol 😍 and ornaments in pastel-ish blue and pink 😁
Make sure you don’t store your Christmas cake in the fridge!! It won’t season properly and can dry it out!! Store it in a dark cool dry place!! ❤️❤️❤️ BTW loving your daily videos!! Look forward to them every evening!! Also you really made me giggle calling them Omballs, you didn’t see the S and N before it, they were called Snowballs 😂 Also pretty sure Kinder Eggs are still Kinder Surprise eggs, Kinder joys are completely different, they don’t have the toys inside them
I have TMJ and I believe once you’ve been diagnosed you have to be careful of what you eat because it will aggravate it and it could make it worse possibly even lock up. Hope this helps. Love watching you and I’m a 52yr. Old grandma.😂
With my TMJ, I've learned that some things can set off the pain in my jaw. Things like bagels hurt my jaw, so I only eat them on occasion. You'll learn over time what things will set of the pain.
To help with the tmj get a mouth guard for night time to prevent soreness next day after grinding teeth all night. It has helped me a lot and it is a forever thing.
I love how Jaz said it had a moose on the egg so it counts as Christmas which is very Canadian and then proceeded to open the egg and get eagle which is so American 😂
I wish America would adapt the whole pricing system from the UK. The fact that there’s no 5.99 or 3.49 nonsense is incredible. It would make everything so easy to add up in your head when budgeting as you shop. I’m not sure what the tax situation is like but overall it looks nicer than the US
We do have like, 5.99 or whatever, but the biggest difference between America and the uk in shopping, is that our tax is already included, so the price on the item or the shelf is the amount you pay. When we visit America, it takes me forever to math and hurts my brain 🤣🤣🤣

@@catherinepatterson8568 and advent calenders too.
Them German cake things I have eaten for years but the one with icing on is amazing to try! Great video jaz💗

Bwahahahah I didn't notice they were chips either! I thought she was popping raw chicken bites or something!
Me too!!!!

I've had severe TMJ for years - I cured it by not opening my mouth wide and doing a soft food diet for a month. Also finding an upper cervical chiropractor completely fixed it!
Hi ...
never been this early! love your videos Jazzy
Suggestion for the chicken and waffles. Try them with just maple syrup. REALLY good!
im here im watching!! sweetest person on the internet I'm telling you!!!
So many cool things - I would try all of these! Maybe I've missed it but I feel like in the USA we don't have any special Christmas foods, they just slap festive colors & images on the packaging of regular foods. Hugs from America! ❤️
I came here to say this! I want the Christmas food Jazzy gets!
The only food I can think of is fruit cake 😆 the British get all the cool stuff.
Tesco and M&S seriously put Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Costco and Trader Joe's to shame 😂
I think in the US it’s more desserts…like special cookies (like spritz cookies) more so then regular foods. Or we have more special foods that are traditional for each family or even regionally, but not so much the US as a whole.
I agree! Especially now when all the stores are so empty!
3:34 is that Santa walking past? 🎅🏻 😂
He sees you when your vlogging, he knows you’re in your car…
Ok what exactly is Christmas pudding? Is it good? I think it’s more of a UK thing to eat at Christmas time? Maybe? Love this video!
When you casually go on to look for another video and pause seeing Jaz. I dunno know a better way to get into the spirit than watching such a beautyful and inspiring soul😍
Wow, your german was amazing. You spoke "Lebkuchen" absolutely correct. 😊 I was so exicited. Congrets Lady and lovely Greets from Germany 💝
O' my, those "lebkuchens" are absolutelu best things ever! My grandma is from Austria (I live in Finland) and in our family we eat those every year. So good!
Oh ya, they're German, we eat them too. My family is Swedish.
Chicken and waffles are a very American southern meal. It can be a little weird if you haven't had it before. 😂
Oh my word. I thought I was the only one who felt that way about Christmas pudding. Love you xx
The turkey and and stuffing balls are my absolute fav at Christmas time!! They’re so yummy! 😍😍
Please do another one of “only eating Christmas food” and make Nick do it with you. 💜
Oh Jasmine i so hope you can manage Percy Pigs, they are incredible so it really would be sad if you can't.

Extra thick brandy cream 🤤easily my favourite Christmas food item
Your Good Morning seriously makes my day better so thank you! ❤️❤️
Love your videos always cheer me up ive had a rough week with my mental health thank you :)
Even though she didn't like it, Jasmine was more clingy over putting that Christmas pudding in her mouth than the cling film that was wrapped around her Christmas cake.
They do chicken and waffle in Harvester. Or atleast they used too 😊 comes with maple syrup too xx
love the video jazzy, hope you enjoyed your Christmas food I don't like Christmas pudding my husband does. x
In tesco they have Walkers Mince pie flavoured crisps. Try them and let us know

vanilla icecream or custard with christmas pudding would have been better together, maybe you would have enjoyed the pudding more
The “omball” are SnOballs. They look so yum! I’m not a fan of chicken and waffles either.
Loving these daily videos! You always cheer me up

Lebkuchen is a typical German Christmas treat. Do you know "Spekulatius"? These are delicious too.
"Not the biggest fan of it; Can't seem to stop eating it" I have this with some TV/Netflix series where I've wached 5+ episodes and still don't know if I like it :'D
Aldi have some chocolate orange truffles and if the salted caramel ones are anything to go by, they will be delicious!!
They cauliflower bites look yum x
I learned in Massage Tharapy school that TMJ can be massaged out something worth trying
@@sarahsearle9598 thank you
I have Christmas cake and pudding with custard. So yummy.
When I had the Chicken and waffles from Tesco I drizzled maple syrup over them too :-D
Make sure you don’t store your Christmas cake in the fridge!! It won’t season properly and can dry it out!! Store it in a dark cool dry place!! ❤️❤️❤️ BTW loving your daily videos!! Look forward to them every evening!!
Also you really made me giggle calling them Omballs, you didn’t see the S and N before it, they were called Snowballs 😂
Also pretty sure Kinder Eggs are still Kinder Surprise eggs, Kinder joys are completely different, they don’t have the toys inside them
I have TMJ and I believe once you’ve been diagnosed you have to be careful of what you eat because it will aggravate it and it could make it worse possibly even lock up. Hope this helps. Love watching you and I’m a 52yr. Old grandma.😂
You need to make a brown sugar sauce for the Christmas pudding..then it makes the cake edible lol
With my TMJ, I've learned that some things can set off the pain in my jaw. Things like bagels hurt my jaw, so I only eat them on occasion. You'll learn over time what things will set of the pain.
Just found ur channel on the off chance I love ur content, and I will be subscribing❣✌🤩
To help with the tmj get a mouth guard for night time to prevent soreness next day after grinding teeth all night. It has helped me a lot and it is a forever thing.
I think this is the first video I’ve ever seen with no dislikes 😍💗💗💗
