I love how you relate sewing to mathematics. It really makes it simplistic. Thanks for the detailed work sir.

Thanks mr redefine 🙏 I really appreciate your efforts and enjoy your classes. With you I have the mind to learn from scratch online without having the fear of spoiling someone’s outfit even if it’s the 1st time of making an attempt. God bless you . 🙏
Please the crotch thing, let’s assume I am using 2 inches band, and my hip(43/4) = 10.75, do I need to minus the 2 inches band and make the crotch length 8.75? Then after sewing it will now be 10.75 or I should use the exact 10.75, then after sewing the 2 inches band, it will now be 12.75??
Because this method (minus 2 inches band) is what I use for the female, I want to know if I can use it for male too. 🙏🙏
Hope you understand my question please.

I will make a video to answer this clearly.
However, for all English Trouser, band can't be More than 1¼.
Which your slanting and sewing wyll automatically reduce it from the real Trouser length.
The band is coming to augment the slanting and band fixing inch.

Please what about the crotch extension for kids and adults? Any formula to achieve that?

Good morning sir I enjoyed your lesson should the chest over 4 be added sewing allowance to it? For the armhole measurement

    • @MrRedefinedClothing
      @MrRedefinedClothing  Год назад

For armhole..... Chest over for 4. (Short sleeve)
For long sleeve: chest over 4 minus 1.

Do I need to add sewing allowance to the armhole sir Like 1inch or not?

And secondly, for the case of the people that wants free fit, do I need to add to the hip, lap and knee when cutting??
Because I take fit measurement when taking my clients measurements.
For the shirt I add ease allowance.
But for the trousers I don’t know about ease allowance. How many inches I can add, so that it won’t be too big.
And I don’t want a case of it been too tight and unable to raise their legs (crotch issues)
Please help me out so I can be sure of what I am doing 🙏 thanks

Measure all areas in accordance to your customer choice. Either fitted or free.
      Measure accordingly and cut accordingly.
