The way you even just talked about feeling guilty for not volunteering/ saying no to people I can tell you care so much about others and that is such an amazing quality. Your empathy is a gift❤️

i’m also going in to my fourth year of nursing this september and i’m currently working as a CNA and i just want to tell you it’s totally worth it! it’s definitely not an easy job but personally working as a CNA has helped me improve my time management skills, bedside manner, etc!! hope to hear about your experience too ❤️

Babes, just because you feel overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re not incredible at being a CNA or RN. It just means you care and you’re critically thinking about everything. Stay in the fields you love. Because working on a medsurg floor you don’t want will drain you and not accurately represent your life as a nurse
