    Below measurement is for 1 KG rice
    Peanut Oil - 20 tbl spoon.
    Ghee - 3 tbl spoon
    Mushroom 500 g to 700 g
    Coriander - 1 bunch.
    Mint - 3/4 bunch.
    Cumin Powder 1/2 tea spoon
    Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon
    Redchilli Powder - 2 tea spoon
    Curd - 2 small cup. ( 150 ml )
    30 mins soaked Seeraga Samba Rice - 1 kg.
    Salt
    lemon juice - 1 1/2 lemnon
    heat it in oven for 30 mins (450 fh ).
    Masala Paste Ingredients:

    Small Onion - 30 count
    Green chilli - 14
    Garlic - 30 count
    Ginger - equal amount of Garlic ( as shown in video )
    Biryani Powder Ingredients:
    ***************************
    Cardamom - 12
    Cinamon - 2 inch
    Cashew nut - 16 count
    Jathi kai powder/nutmug powder - little bit as shown in video ( nut mug powder)
    Cloves - 14
    Star Anish - 2 1/2 medium size
    Bay leaves - 4 medium size
    kalpasi/stone flower - 1/2 handfull ( as shown in video )
