@@K3vin_L He's basically a total dick in this universe. He kept escalating violence against criminals to the point of intentionally trying to kill them. Joker and Harley kidnapped him, though Harley was against torturing him with the crowbar so Joker had her removed. That part felt a little bit too much like Return of the Joker, honestly, and makes it sillier that Bruce lets it happen again with Tim. Anyway, Bruce shows up and finds Jason, who is on the verge of death, and Jason asks him to kill the Joker. Batman refuses and starts carrying the Joker to safety, so Jason freaks out and blows the place up or something. He survives, of course, and comes back years later to try and get Bruce to kill Joker, but neither of them take him seriously and manage to escape from his ultimatum. After that, he ended up hanging up with Deathstroke and we never see what happens to him past that.

You put a lot of work into this so here’s a hot tip: even months after uploading the title / thumbnail / tags being changed can spike views again. Try stuff like (FULL DOCUMENTARY) there’s a creator who made a sims video that got 300 views but a title change pushed it to 300k. Worth a thought
Bro, I just like the thumbnail of you having guns pointed at by the villains, it’s like they are forcing you to rate their episodes in a 10/10. That’s actually a creative thumbnail for the video
I like the episode “I am the night”. He wondered if he was doing any good as a hero. As if what he does doesn’t matter. With all of his power, there’s always another crook. So basically, nothing he does makes a difference. In the long run, you never truly defeat evil as they just keep coming back and creating more chaos. Still though, it may be a never-ending battle, but we can’t give up and quit. If we do, what hope does everyone else have? In the end, Batman saved the day many times over. Gotham needed a hero and he was it. If he’d just thrown in his cape, heroism in Gotham would’ve died and everyone would’ve lost hope. Plus, I think he knew deep down, if he had given up, his parents would’ve disapproved. After all, he sworn on their spirits to avenge their deaths by spending the rest of his life warring on all criminals.
I think they released the Australian episodes in a different order or something. I have the DVD set and On Leather Wings is the first episode of the series. Heart of Ice is the 14th episode in season 1. Other than that this is great content. As the length of the video suggests, going through EACH episode is a grueling process. I look forward to finishing the rest of it in smaller chunks. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Thank you and hey I'm glad that it has gotten a lot more views than it had when I uploaded it, it used to be my worst performing video but it really took off in the past month
When it came to the villains one character I never thought the Animated Series portrayed great was Catwoman. As much as I adore this show, I never loved that they made her a wealthy socialite and an activist. I also was never a fan of the long blonde hair and gray suit for Catwoman. I know that the reason behind it is because they modeled her after Michelle Pfeiffer but it didn't really work for me. I also didn't think that Kevin Conroy and Adrienne Barbeau had amazing chemistry, especially compared to his phenomenal chemistry with Dana Delany as Andrea Beaumont, Helen Slater and Olivia Hussey as Talia al Ghūl (although of the two I liked Olivia Hussey more as Talia) and Susan Eisenberg as Wonder Woman. I think her characterization and Adrienne Barbeau's performance was more refined by the last season and also in The New Batman Adventures. For Catwoman I honestly prefer her TNBA look to her BTAS look. I really liked the short dark hair and all-black suit which made her look more seductive and kind of sinister in a cool way and I also thought the stories they told with her in TNBA were more fitting for the character. Catwoman honestly was one of the few characters that I thought overall was handled better in The Batman 2004 series. The one from The Batman series is my favourite Catwoman in animation and probably my favourite voice actress for the character as well. That show while not quite as good as Batman the Animated Series, some characters like Catwoman, Hugo Strange, Batgirl and surprisingly Firefly, where much better handled than in the Animated Series. It also has one one of the best alternate versions of Clayface.
Weird that it’s cataloged as six seasons when I always saw it as four with the first two being Batman the Animated Series, the third as Adventures of Batman & Robin and the fourth as The New Adventures of Batman but that might be since in 2014 I had all them digitally on iTunes and that was what J Reviews used for his retrospective. Nonetheless still an impressive undertaking with highlighting one the Dark Knight’s best achievements in animation that continues to inspire and endure for over 30 years
The only way I would have wantet Baby Doll back is maybe as a refrence. Like seeing her on a TV in the back too show she has fullty reformed and got her life back on track
I sat this evening and watched all of it, great video my friend, very good job, after a long time Netflix released the first 65 episode of the series, but I'm waiting for Max to come in my country, Greece... btw did you made the live wallpaper in your monitor behind? It's amazing
I like how you do this I'm late in age but ever since television toons came out I've been there even radio the Spector lone ranger n tonto the fathom and more thanks for the memories
in the episode Mudslide i hate the fact that Clayface almost cures his condition thanks to some stuff that he finds at Wayne Industries, but then Batman Stops him and never helps him to cure his condition
Dang I can see why this took so long as it turned out great Finished rewatching my blu ray set a month ago and this gave me a nice thing to listen to throughout my at work
Some have it at 3 and some have it at 6, from where I was basing it off it had it as 4 from B:TAS and The Adventures Of Batman & Robin. Then two as The New Batman Adventures
@@Zach.R usually most releases like the DVD's have it in 4 volumes. Volumes 1 and 2 are the majority of season 1, volume 3 is the last 10 episodes of season 1 and the entirety of season 2 and volume 4 is The New Batman Adventures which is season 3.
@@gilition yeah, idk it is what it is now but to be fair the split of seasons are strange with this show anyways since one season is longer than the others etc
@@Zach.R yeah it is weird how they ordered 65 episodes for the first season. However though it is just 3 seasons. Season 1 is known as the animated series with 65 episodes, season 2 was converted into The Adventures of Batman and Robin halfway due to Fox thinking that Robin would appeal to younger kids and had 20 episodes, and season 3 is The New Batman Adventures which had 24 episodes.
I loved BTAS but looking back at nearly 40...how Bob on is the manscaping and the proper chiseled chins! Even to this day I refer to a chiseled chin as a Bruce Wayne jaw!! 😂😂😂
@17:25 A bug in my brain is telling me that Montoya later became the next Question. Is that true, or am I totally bonkers?? @45:21 Is there any connection between Catwoman and Cheetah? @1:06:25 I loved "Heart of Steel". Rossum is a reference to "Rossum's Universal Robots", a ground-breaking sci-fi play from 1920 by Czech author Karel Čapek.
@@Zach.R Thought it was such a great pick up from Batman the animated series. Kevin Conroy will always be in my big three of Batmen Keaton, Conroy & Bale my favorites to play that iconic role.

Amazing Thumbnail!!!! Clicked on the video just to comment that
Weird that it’s cataloged as six seasons when I always saw it as four with the first two being Batman the Animated Series, the third as Adventures of Batman & Robin and the fourth as The New Adventures of Batman but that might be since in 2014 I had all them digitally on iTunes and that was what J Reviews used for his retrospective.
Thanks heaps and nah I didn't make the wallpaper, I found it on wallpaper engine
Dang I can see why this took so long as it turned out great
Finished rewatching my blu ray set a month ago and this gave me a nice thing to listen to throughout my at work
Fell asleep and youtube played the whole video, you're welcome for the watch time brother.
2:07:36 lol thought I was watching a Cosmonaut Variety Hour video for a sec
Pretty good video. Kind of wish you did this in production order though. Also why is it labeled at six seasons when the show only had three?
Nice video man this helped me figure out what order to watch the episodes in when I watch the series. Thank you.
All good and thanks heaps for watching!
@@Zach.R no problem man. It was fun
apparently i watched this for the entirety while i slept, so thanks for not jumpscaring me
hahaha, well there is no need for jumpscares if it ain't a horror video *but also a Superman: TAS video is coming soon* ;)
stop Hamil Time laugh a thon
Jokers wild and funny I thank the Fox Network for such a great series .
I loved BTAS but looking back at nearly 40...how Bob on is the manscaping and the proper chiseled chins! Even to this day I refer to a chiseled chin as a Bruce Wayne jaw!! 😂😂😂
Honestly, the only thing wrong with "I've got Batman in My Basement" is that it's not an episode of Batman the Brave and the Bold.
52:50 def in my top 5.
nothing to do with the video but your music taste is UP THERE
On leather wings was animated by a Japanese studio-pretty cool, you can kind of tell when you compare it to the rest of the series
John Glover played Lionel Luther in Smallville as well. He was a highlight of the show.
Grateful to have scrolled upon this because I never saw season 2 & 3 👍🏿
i wake up to thsi everymorn but the video is finished ive never watched batman
I hope you really like Batman 🦇 and Joker 🃏 Zach
Thank you so much from fan to fan
It's all good, I appreciate that you enjoyed the video!
This is my Make a Wish, Granted
2:05:05-3:46:41 lol 😂😆and interesting 🤨tv 📺episodes!
Synth primus was mind boggling
This show and the show that followed are immortalized
Funny fact I've already done a video on the show that followed too and am currently working on a batman beyond video
Doing thks video takes commitment wild almost 4 hours long
I have done 2 other videos like this as well and am currently working on a Justice League video ;)
This is crazy, good work. Are you going back to psa and ads?
Thank you and I will eventually but idk at the moment
2:14:55 thats not Ras Al Ghul, thats just a random explorer that was designed after humphrey bogart
2:20 "The Hammer of Justice is unisex."
This was pretty neat
Thank you!
I think the joker redesign makes him scary especially in the Superman batman movie
32:35, this is one of my favorites.
well done! a broken record, but you should def have more views with this amount of effort and quality.
Thank you heaps!
This video took way too long to make but I do feel like it was worth it in the end :)
I to loved this show in the 90s as a child. Batman Beyond that became my ish though
Lucky for you I have talked about Batman Beyond as well ;)
@@Zach.R Thought it was such a great pick up from Batman the animated series. Kevin Conroy will always be in my big three of Batmen Keaton, Conroy & Bale my favorites to play that iconic role.
My fav episode is when clayface created the little girl....that was awesome...
Mad magazine poked fun at this
Once.😂
Calvin from calvin and hobbs was
Robin.
the joker is irish? I guess the colors blue and tan aren't all that different
Take a shot, every time he says scarecrow
I'll do you one better, take a shot every time I say Batman or Bruce
What are the chances of ranking videos for the rest of the DCAU? You killed it with this
Unfortunately probably 0 because I don't have the time to do big videos like this anymore. I wish that I did because if I did I would already be working on another video like this
1:08:08-2:58:58 heck yeah!
An amazing video
Thank you!
May Kevin Conroy rest in peace
Perchance to Dream 👌
I’m a huge fan of Timm verse of Batman TAS as a kid.
Will you ever rank the Batman Beyond episodes?
I don't know, I would want to but it just sucks that this video didn't perform well since it's my favourite video I have ever made
