Same here, I am in the process of deciding between this one and the Meca 10. The only thing is that all the stores I have visited never have the Meca 10 in stock to try it!

I think we usually have to rely on Watchfinder for this type stuff, so great episode. They should have taken a cue from the Zenith Defy Skeleton to show the date perfectly in that format.
Yes there’s better watches with more beauty and better movements. but Hublot has that gaudy in your face style that makes you feel like a big time athlete. Sometimes you need a purely fun and crazy watch, I dig it.

I think their watches are excellent even though I have pretty classical taste. They have an interesting catalog and this isn’t the only Big Bag in the line. This is a great urban lifestyle watch for coffee shop people.

I truly believe that people hate on Hublot as a brand way too much. Yes, they have made some utterly horrific watches (and still do), but they also make some very well designed watches which are actually rather good-looking. Assuming you have good taste when it comes to watches; you can pick out a very classy watch from Hublot! I also don’t care about the stereotypes that are often attached to Hublot, because I don’t believe in stereotypes at all. At the end of the day - what other people think of your taste in watches doesn’t really matter. We all have different tastes and we’re all attracted to different things 🤷🏻♂️ Just wear the watch that makes you happy and don’t worry about what other people think ✌🏼

Totally agree. Indeed there are some ugly and extravagant watches in their catalog, but there are plenty of beautiful models in the Classic Fusion and Big Bang lines. All very well made. Hublot gives you many options. And at preowned level have very competitive prices. Don’t really understand why all the hate...

since you can get it on secondary market for EUR 13K i think for me its great choice instead of a Rolex Daytona 116500LN which I cannot find anywhere....... And this big bang unico looks more sophisticated and complex for same money.
It is a basic truth that you cannot judge a watch fairly until you hold and wear it. For a moment, an hour, a day or a month. The details, both positive and negative, are usually not apparent if you do not have time with it. The more, the better. I bet that watch is fun to wear. It seems special. As for the price, you nailed it. That watch is not for the value proposition-obsessed WIS. I dig it. I don't think I would buy it. You never know though. --Michael
Personally I love the designs of Hublot - it's all a matter of personal taste. However, I would rather go with the Carrera Tourbillion ( heuer02t) and save a few $.

I think it’s actually quiet good looking and great movement . However it’s big and big watches I find only ever work for me as occasional pieces . as I’ never find that they are quite right on the wrist so wouldn’t be for me . I think the guys who buy this are often non watch enthusiasts who want wrist presence and statement on the wrist and often only have the one watch They are a huge favourite of sportsmen

I like your channel I’ve been a long-time watcher but I’m starting to feel like all this being reviewed are watches that are cost more than buying a car. I just fail to understand why someone would spend this much on the watch and how people have this much of an expenditure cash lying around That they would consider buying one. ..... must be nice I guess for those that can afford it but for the average guy not so much. Next week there will be Panerai, Draken, Gorilla, Blancpain, and Glashutte Original. Still waiting on my new Seikos. I know not everyone is interested in all price points. But I enjoy the spectrum and try to showcase it all :)
Really not my cup of tea. For the money of this Hublot you could get a ALS Saxonia new or a Lange1 pre owned. Or a Patek Calatrava, man think about.... With all respect for JC Biver, Hublot is in my opinion some kind of fashion brand...

Love it, I know we complain about the price. But there are so few options for Hight quality Skeleton watches that are not crazy expensive (50k+)

Not sure of this model, but really like the look of more modest Hublots. Leave the skeletons to Jacob & Co and Richard Mille.

tried this at a local AD, the clasp was pressing so hard on my artery. the SA adjusted the strap to my wrist size but the clasp was killing me slowly.
