I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
My CFA ’ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Every young person would benefit hugely from the advice in this video. I got a 150K mortgage, bought 75k worth of Brett with it. from profit of 10k capital.
You are too kind, mate😊. Young investors, in particular, have a truly unique opportunity with all of the years of compounding ahead of them! Its's amazing what a few extra years can do for one's portfolio.
Most people don't understand the concept of "buying the dip" buying the dip is all about buying digital assets when their prices are down and selling off when the price rises.
Will any of these provide solid cashflow? I started my 250k portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up over 22.25% and VUG is waaaay up about 39.62%.Thanks for the education.
Right, I and a few neighbors in Bel-Air area work with a financial pro who prefers we DCA across other prospective sectors instead of a lump sum purchase. Following this, my portfolio grew has yielded over 100% since early last year to date, summing up nearly $1m.

Love your work, John. Curious to know if you could do a video showing a 3 fund portfolio, but with dividend etfs. Say SCHD, FDVV and fill in the blank for the third. Love SCHD, NOBL but what would you pair these with? Ideally, total portfolio wouldn't be too heavily weighted and not have too much overlap. Just an Idea, keep up the good work.
Love this video from start to finish. Altogether I must say , I love dividend investment getting those payment in for just holding a company is one of the best feelings ever!
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Michelle Stewart.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families in United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
SCHD outperformed VTV over 5 and 10 years and is very low cost. Just had bad luck this year. Many of us have a boatload in the S&P500 index in 401k's, so not having apple, Microsoft etc as top holdings (if at all) in SCHD is a good thing. Still have the bulk of my $500k portfolio in SCHD.
I’m taking the hybrid approach, VOO, SCHD as my foundation, with growth like MA, UNH, HD. And slow growth like O and PEP. I have a 20 year time horizon. But the best part is I still enjoy my life while I do this. Travel, and buy ONLY things I love. It’s the best combo, plus I love the small victories with receiving dividends/dividend growth/share price appreciation.
SCHD is an excellent portfolio addition, but relying solely on it for retirement may not be optimal. I retired at 62, grew my portfolio to $1.5 million in 10 years starting with 35,000 through the help of an investment advisor and dividends now supplement my retirement income. Invest wisely, build your nest egg, and don't sell the chicken that lays the egg!
@@maryHenokNftbravo! I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
Definitely! All of this happened in less than a year after *Gertrude Margaret Quinto* told me what to do. I started with less than $100,000, and now I'm about 17,000 short of having a quarter million dollars.
I am going to look her up, I have about $81k i want to start with, might be small but it's better than nothing though. Since the 08 crash is playing out again.
Reading these comments is inspiring. Im 27 right now and can only afford to buy one share of NOBL. Hoping in the future to buy more, been doing a lot of research on NOBL and loving what I'm seeing think I've already made my decision to buy still gonna do a day or two of more research before hand.

Yep. For some reason SCHD has become the hyped RUclips darling ETF. Don't know why. Content creators know they can get get views with SCHD in the title. In certain situations it can be helpful in a portfolio, but do your research. Younger investors and people still in the growth phase have better options for sure.
How do you get the number for share price appreciation?? is it CAGR growth? Sporry new to this - Also, I have looked into these two but it is hard to choose as oyu want constant steady dividnets but you do like that appreciation though as you get the both
The dividend is sketchy. Although beside the last 2 years has a nice lader up. Right now I'd wait to invest. Maybe look at STAG, or MAIN, they have done right by me for some time now also O is a dependable dividend stock. My favorite is PFLT, it give a dividend payment every month but remains pretty level in price.
There is no proven history for this stock yet. I wouldn't consider this as a dependable etf as of now. If you do invest in it make it a small % of your portfolio.
Why don’t you compare an index (SPY and QQQ) to NOBL and SCHD using your analysis. Whenever I compare past history to predict future results for most dividend ETF’s they don’t beat the index. Here is the geometric average return for the last 10 years (2014 -2023) with dividends reinvested for NOBL 10.2%, SCHD 11.0%, SPY 11.9.0% and QQQ 17.6%. Using this method to predict the future is not correct nor is any other method.
I retired at 57 (now 58) with ~$728k and investments in BTC/SCHD/ETH. I travelled Southeast Asia for a year while traveling slow from city to city. After a full year of travel expenses, I still have ~$942k in my accounts. I used my taxable brokerage account to pay for these expenses. Everyone recommending SCHD meanwhile it’s been flat for two years 😅😅.
Not really high growth environment for SCHD to preform….
It is a solid ETF. This ETF focuses not on appreciation but on paying consistent dividends.

Glad you like them!
Do your numbers include the difference in the .06 vs .35% costs?
Funny all charts . tables I see show SCHD winning, particularly on the 10year, in fact is has the same colors, but names reversed.

NOBL is not a good choice; SCHD is not much better. I calculated and looked at rolling 3-year returns for SCHD. It is so poor that I was disappointed.
something missing from this analysis is the tax treatment of the dividends. SCHD's are Qualified; NOBL's are not.
Using a dividend calculator, you can get pretty close to the future value.
I think its clear which is better
Please create a video for RUclips about fidelity options trading. Please include options chains and options trading. Thanks
What if in year 20 you switched from Schd to nobl. ? Why does noble take off after 20 years?
It’s all compounding. All portfolios that reinvest dividends look similar to that graph
Does this take into account the fact that the expense ratio of NOBL (0.35%) is over 5X more than that of SCHD (0.06%)?
In the long run, the compound effect diminishes the significance of the expense ratio.
Jepi or jePQ?
SPYI OR QQQI?
Nobl yield 2.20
Schd yield 3.64
