Well, we just have to wait and find out, especially for news, updates about the film, the reveal of Movie Shadow's VA, whenever or not Jim Carrey would return to reprise as Dr. Robotnik for one last time.

Shadow the Hedgehog’s backstory is in my opinion the most sad & tragic one out of all the sonic the hedgehog series characters! When I watched Shadow’s memory of Maria’s last wish before he helped sonic save the earth in Sonic X I was crying my ass off & I really wanted to give Shadow a hug! He must have been very lonely without Maria being with him as well as being sad & angry after Maria died! Rest in peace, Maria. 🥺😭

I heard recent news that compared to the first two Sonic movies that got a PG Rating from the MPAA, Sonic Movie 3 is getting a PG-13 Rating.
