Have you guys any experience using zep high traffic cleaner? It is roughly 10 dollars a gallon, didn't know if you use other carpet cleaners for other jobs. Thanks for all your videos, I'm trying to start a business similar to yours, also using the Oreck. Thanks again

Adam Voss I haven't tried it but I almost did a few times. It should probably work well for bonnet cleaning. I've used the Zep Extractor Shampoo and it was pretty good for the price. They don't recommend the High Traffic for extractors, but that may be for in tank use. Anything on the carpet can be sucked up, unless it foams too much in the recovery tank. But for Orbiter only it should be fine. I've never had any problem with any soaps with the Oreck so far, but high ph residue will lead to rapid resoiling, so if you can find a way to flush more out that helps. With the Rug Doctor, you can do all of the cleaning with the Oreck, and do a quick follow up with the RD to flush out any remaining residue, but careful bonneting can do it all instead. Good luck with the business Adam!

Joe Wheeler tha is for the reply, I really enjoy using the oreck, and for some crazy reason enjoy watching it clean. It truly is a magic eraser for carpets. Also really like the sanitaire you guys use. I am currently using a Kirby g5, but in a search for bags found this that might interest you guys.
www.amazon.com/Rubbermaid-Commercial-FG9VCVSB12-Shake-Out-Traditional/dp/B005KCR58S it's a good price and looks like the same latching system for the sanitaire and new shakeout systems. Might be cool for when or if your bag starts to wear.

In this climate, usually less than 6 hrs. Often 2-3.

You can also turn on the heater, and it will dry much faster.
