ASMR Circle Time 2! 3D Binaural Anticipatory Tingles and Triggers for Relaxation

- Hello everyone! Please wear headphones for the 3D effect. This ASMR video features: full use of the 3D microphone (I circled you throughout the video, so it will sound like I am moving all around you---even above you), soft speaking, whispering, breathing in your ears, and anticipatory tingles. A long time ago back in 2013, people remarked that they were triggered when I used to "tease" the sounds I was making in sound slices (by pausing for too long, or making you think I was going to speak in one ear, and then switching), and they called it "anticipatory triggers" or "anticipatory tingles." I tried to create those kinds of triggers here, so you'll notice my pacing is different. I was trying to trigger you through anticipating the sound itself, but also through anticipating close up sounds (so you'll hear me go from farther away to right in your ear). I also wanted to showcase the 3D sound, so I was constantly moving all around you (instead of just going from ear to ear in front of you). I chose not to make a video for this. I felt that visuals would impair my efforts because you would know where I was (and also because my camera would have been pointed at either my neck or my head bent over so I could create sound from above you). I'm so confused to why after 7-8years some of the best ASMRtists still haven't reached this level of how good Heather got this, it baffles me :P

Same. I think it also has to do with the type of microphone. I don't have any tingles with today's videos, but when I play old ones, suddenly I do. It happens to me with all ASMR artists. Frivvi, Pommo, ecc
And they use much better mics now than in the past. I just don't get it.

You'll notice she's using a recorder that has binaural audio. Then she has the 3dio, also binaural, but it's more sensitive. So you turn down the 3dio and layer it on top of your base, which has better isolation, creating voices that pop, intermingling range, and background sounds that submerge under your main track.

However, the last two-ish weeks have been hard for me in regards to making content/functioning efficiently. Those of you who are my friends on Facbook, Twitter, and Patreon already know why---but I want you to know here too so that you don't think I have been lazy or uninspired. My dad died suddenly, and even though our relationship was very complicated, I have had a rough time navigating my grief and understanding of life and death. I don't want this comment section to turn into a somber place, and I don't want to taint anyone's sanctuary here, but I did want you to know why I haven't been here as much. I haven't felt like myself. I have been feeling a lot of anger and guilt, and all kinds of emo messiness, so it was hard for me to make content to fill in the gaps until I could give you the big projects. Please continue to be patient with me as I continue to find my normal self again. Though I don't enjoy sharing sadness with you, I do feel lucky that I get to type this to you. You are very important to me. I hope you all have joy in your lives. I hope the people in your lives appreciate you, and that you can do the same for others. We only get to be here for such a small amount of time. I truly hope you can find what makes you happy, create, play, be proud of yourselves, overcome, love freely, be moved and inspired, and be kind to each other. I wish nothing but good things for you.

+Flawless FH The picture was a gift of art from a viewer when my channel was brand new. The animation done to it was also a gift from a viewer. The sounds are a bunch of different chimes and me trying to sound like wind. The intro has a special place in my heart because it feels like it was made for viewers by viewers. It represents teamwork to me. :)

I actually can't relax to this video. The tingles I get are waaay too strong to the point of being uncomfortable. It literally makes me jolt. It just shows how good she is! I just have to go back to part 1.

Going through medications, sleep trials, even hypnosis... but one day I noticed I had ASMR, and learned of its relaxing properties. I scoured the Internet and found your channel, ever since then I've been able to sleep! I still have some days where I can't sleep, but with your videos, they're few and far between. This is my first time trying asmr.. But it's weirdly uncomfortable.. I'm in the bed on my back and when your voice is really close my lower back tingles so much it hurts. It feels nice, but not relaxing. I can't decide if I love it or hate it.. Is this normal? The 'pain'?
It's more chilling. Try some others by her trust me I've heard tons of asmrists and none of them do it quite like Heather

These videos are so weird, I usually listen to them before I go to bed and Im always laying down with my eyes closed. Whenever you get really close to the microphone not only does it sound like you are in the same room but I can literally feel your presence. The skin on my head and face creates the senstation that you are just barely touching me, a good way to explain this feeling would be to compare it to horror films where the victum can feel the prescene of something. When you talk very close I can feel the warmth of your breath as if someone is literally right there breathing on me. Its super werid but its super cool at the same time.
This just goes to show who well binaural microphones can trick your brain.
I fell asleep and then hskf woke up and freaked out for a sec because I thought someone was in the room. Then I remembered a video was playing lol
This really works. It's like being tense only to get relief right after.

The intro never gets old. Usually I'd get used to a specific tingle trigger after the second time and I have to back off and find a new tingle until that tingle does it for me again. But not "Heatherrr... ... ... feather..." that never fails to tingle.
