Don’t mind this, this is just for my forgettable brain😁 1. Lay down in any comfortable position. 2. Start saying “I am” over and over again until you feel symptoms. 3. Count slowly from 1 to a hundred. 4. Start saying factual phrases about you’re dr. 5. Keep saying phrases until you feel your surroundings change.
Thank you for explaining this so well! I haven’t had any luck with other methods I’ve tried, so I think this might be the next one I make an attempt with. Also, I would love to know about the method you’ve made up yourself!!
Every person is different but I personally still use starfish position every time I shift! I personally prefer it because it helps me stay awake for longer during my methods.
I personally do both. I start off by repeating just "I am" over and over again but eventually, when it feels right to me, I graduating into "I am ___" and fill in the blanks with facts about myself and my life in my DR.
That is a very good question! Because my answer could be kind of long winded, would you mind if I answered it in an upcoming shifting Q&A instead of in a comment so your question could get the proper attention it deserves?
Okay guy’s I have a problem (please don’t hate I’m new to shifting) I wanna wake up in a car, obviously sitting. But I wanna shift there while laying in bed and falling asleep. Is that working? Maybe I think to complicated, but can anyone help and answer me please 🥲 Bye bye
That is possible obviously if you want. I've already shifted to a sitting position with the metod of lying in bed. (I'm sorry if my english is bad) Good luck
hi ive never shifted and im really new to it I have like no idea what I'm doing, so i have a question. am I supposed to close my eyes and try to fall asleep while I'm doing these steps and continue to do them until I fall asleep?
so this method has 2 types awaken and asleep one so if ur doing asleep one you have to try and fall asleep but keep doing those steps (as i know) bc u basically have to WAKE UP in ur dr.
I love how you give commentary when you talk about methods! I prefer hearing the methods from you than anyone else 😭
That’s so incredibly sweet 😭 Thank you, I’m so glad you find it helpful!
I’ve gotten the most symptoms with this method!! Also mini shifted with it!
Ok I usually swear by subliminals bit I tried to shift with pink noise and wow I shifted for the first time in a while.

Thank you! I have Asperger's and ADHD, and your explanation made this so much easier for my tiny brain to understand ❤
When ever I count slowly I always get distracted
Same I just never count when I'm doing a method anymore. Tried it a couple times and it's not for me.

Do you have better results in the starfish position or any other position? (asleep method)
Every person is different but I personally still use starfish position every time I shift! I personally prefer it because it helps me stay awake for longer during my methods.
i have a question , how do i get back to reality?
Do i need to repeat "i am" only or do i need to recite affirmation that starts with 'i am'
I personally do both. I start off by repeating just "I am" over and over again but eventually, when it feels right to me, I graduating into "I am ___" and fill in the blanks with facts about myself and my life in my DR.
@@lilithleigh1995 ohh ok, i will do it like that then, thankss ❤️
Thank you for this!!
What if you cant visualise your dr like if you have aphantasia?
That is a very good question! Because my answer could be kind of long winded, would you mind if I answered it in an upcoming shifting Q&A instead of in a comment so your question could get the proper attention it deserves?
Sure thing!
Is it okay if I skip the fourth and fifth step?
I- I was using this method(without step 4 and 5 because I'm terrible at affirmations) and I felt someone touch my (face) cheek.
I always suggest that anyone customize any parts of methods that they want to! The best methods are the ones that you make work for you.
Thank you for sharing!!

i think you have to be laying somewhere! like a bed or a couch in ur dr but i recommend doing more research

@@miruu16 okay thank you so so much!
thank you for this but u have a question, do you have to say those phrases or count out loud? or is it okay to do it in mind ?
it doesn't matter it can be in mind or out loud, however you decide!
