Did you air dry it or put it on a dryer?
More than likely dryer (hooded dryer, not clothing dryer)
Was the water warm ?
Yeah do not vigorously scrub your frontal with the edge brush it loosens the knots and causes balding. I learned that the hard way. Use a soft cloth or soft toothbrush and if you do use the edge brush, don’t scrub so hard.
The bristles on this particular brush are soft😊
