One thing some people dont know about betty is that the illusion or s2 lasts longer the lower the opponents health, meaning you could easily soul steal and end the fight without letting your opponent get into their second phase while getting a free soul after the fight. If you can hit the s2 of course.
Welp that cool but i have a Combo for Betty Ok it goes this Hate mode: .attack 3 time .Normal press 3 .Normal press 4 .Normal press 5 (or move aways for safe and it need for your combo too) .scype(sorry im bad at Englise) press 4 Also i dont use this Combo often because im aways steal player soul for 60 sec in the battle (or 10 secc)
I usually lower the opponent’s hp, press 2 then soul steal. Especially if it’s a sans. Soul stealing can come in handy and unlocking rhabdophobia and can be pretty useful too if someone tries using Gaster blasters on you.
quick tip: you should go to scythe more often when you are low on auto-block health to not let the enemy combo start you also I did a 1v1 with you as Asriel today, name: msprogam3r
Keep in mind that a lot of combos only work if your enemy has low stamina, and some combos can be escaped by spamming dash. Always test combos against people actively trying to kill you and not people standing still.
Heres a basic guide of what you should be striving towards when playing betty, use many combos to get your enemy to half hp, or half stamina if sans. Once they are at that point, use the melee stun combo but instead of using 5, use 1. This will effectively gurantee a insta kill!
Ima just say it Betty needs a rework So what they gotta do, is they gotta change form 3 to only slightly change the moveset, have the souls still apply that have been stolen because that's a part of what kumu does that is now apart of her. Form III change: so let her keep her basic mode as it is, and add the scythe mode of form II. also have her still have hate, drop it by 30% when she enters this form. this way she still isn't infinite. It kind of acts like how gt chara grabs extra souls for more abilities, this would work in the same way, an expansion to what she has. form II and III change: have soul steals drop hate level. In gt she's using the souls of others to keep her own body under control against the hatred. Form IV: have this proc only if the player dies in form III with max hatred, if they die in form II, or they don't have enough hate, it does not activate. the character would look like gt chara fully enveloped with hate, but with pink eyes, and a pink glow emitting from her. have her stun be blockable, but works from any direction. It would work as the other stun, but instead, it shows the death animation for said friend. 450 defence 100 offence 200 hp no regen the more damage she takes, the higher her offence gets, but the lower her defence gets. losing 2 defence for every hp she loses, and gaining 1 attack point. (this could be a good idea for gt chara as well) Since we haven't gotten enough information in the anime, the only ability she could have thus far is a close-range slash. it would work the same as the X event, with a charge up, then the slash (the charge up where he says 'I am the X event, not the dash forward). Since this is the same 'combo' used in the anime, it's best used after successfully landing a stun. It's a baseline for form IV probably shouldn't be used till her abilities are shown in the anime, but form III could use a change imo, since in the anime betty has access to the scythe in her 3rd form.

1:25 that isn’t lag, the dude had good stamina so they can roll out of it, the phase 1 combos are easy to avoid... I don’t think that this is what Betty can actually do, I know how good Betty can be
tip: if you have a good internet, Scythe 1 work well after normal 3, and you can extend it by using hate scythe 3/4. my combo (or every betty combo): click 4x, normal 2, 5, 3, dash backwards and 4 or change to scythe click and 1.
The combo will fail if the fear stare doesn’t hit since 5 is slow and easy to dodge and then will attack you giving them opportunity to preform their combo when they break the auto-block shield.
I need to warn- the first basic combo is counterable a bit easy cuz when you did 2 on it you punched and used 5 since u punched after you did 2 on it, they'll quit from that and the 5 is waiting for long before it hits and the openent can hit you while ur on 5 and counter it easily soo it is better do 5 without punching while it is stunned (I am sorry if my english is so bad) (also pls don't take it as offense I am just trying to help about your little mistakes ;w;'' )

Please can you do a video where you play as frisk and whenever someone kills you you go to another character and destroy them. I get that randoming doesn't exist, and it's a fighting game, you're meant to FIGHT. But people who kill low level frisks are an exception. I like playing as frisk, but can't level up since people just aim at me because I'm much lower in stats. So when they do I troll and go to my main, xtale chara, and slaughter them. I've been reported for hacking multiple times by people since they thought I was a noob lmao

I was using the donator commands to give myself a red glow, the recording is fine.

Please can you do a video where you play as frisk and whenever someone kills you you go to another character and destroy them.
I get that randoming doesn't exist, and it's a fighting game, you're meant to FIGHT.
But people who kill low level frisks are an exception.
I like playing as frisk, but can't level up since people just aim at me because I'm much lower in stats.
So when they do I troll and go to my main, xtale chara, and slaughter them.
I've been reported for hacking multiple times by people since they thought I was a noob lmao
I only kill frisks cuz they run around and beg for exp but if like a random low leaves frisk is just chilling o wouldn’t go around and kill them

0:51 the combo has mistakes, u should add skill 2 at the combo, or u maybe miss the attack

Big problem bette's 4 can easily be dodged out of also scythe basic attack combo does more than 5 and if your fast enough you can use 3 afterwards

Does combos have way too many escape points and any normal player would be able to dodge the combo mid way, I’m gonna stick to my regular ones, but this a great video for beginners
Scythe has more hitstun so 2 hits easier after scythe click combo.
LMB x4, Scythe 4 is a true combo.
Try using True Power when above 60% HATE.

He mostly used 2,5,3 and 4 and he never used scythe so yea his combo isn't good ( 4 didn't even work if the other player have all his stam )

I got simple combos that do the job, his combos had too many escape points

I wish betty had more True form combos. I've always HATED that. Also yea Undyne (Sience the last time I played) is betty worst matchup.

@@Demosly While that's true, Betty can have a very easy time with sans if she gets raphdaphobia, where Undyne is constantly difficult, at least for me
