I've learned in this video that the important things is law because it is a crowd control to our country. And then I learned what comes first, I understand that question in my critical thinking na crimes comes first like what ma'am Keesha said, we cannot create a LAW when they don't have a crime happened to our country. But the body of this topic is LAW that the comes first is LAW through the way na "without this Law there could be no crime" (ma'am Keesha's answer). Nalaman ko din dito na hindi lahat ng nasa prisinti ay masama the way na napagbintangan lang siya, at iba't ibang mga patong na kaso nila kung saan sila nararapat.

In this lesson, I have learned that there is a lot of law given and implemented. I believe that law comes first for we can not justify a crime without basis. Obviously, law comes first because there will be no breaking of law if crime has been committed. We also have 5 pillars which our nation has and comes up with own vital role in the society, so that it will help to reduce such crimes, violence and terrorism which are the acts that is punishable by the law. Crime is considered an immoral acts because not all acts in violating the law are against morality.

In this video topic, talks about our CJS or also known as our Criminal Justice System. I learned that our blue print of CJS today are come from Mr. Cesare Beccaria to have an organized and a standard criminal justice system. While watching this video, it was gaining a lot of knowledge that helps me to wide my understandings in our Philippine Criminal Justice System. I learned that we have a genetic term in convicted person who commits a crime, which are; First, the “Suspect” a person who’ve been arrested and under go the trials. Second, the “Respondent” a person who responsible to response from complaints in the prosecution. Third, the “Defendant” a person who in the court. Fourth, the “Accused” a person who is accusing the committing a crime. Fifth, the “Convict” a person who is convicted of a crime. Sixth, the “Inmate” or a person who deprived of liberty. Lastly, the “Ex- Convict” a person who freed from jail.

After i watched this video about Philippine Criminal Justice System I learned that each pillar in justice system has its own functions or role to make our justice be more effective in our country, and na realized ko din po na ang dami papong pag daraanan ng mga offender bago sila mahatulan na guilty or hindi sa kanilang kaso na kinakarap and ive also learned po that in out justice system meron tayong step step by procedure para ipatupad ang ating mga batas upang mabigyan natin ng maayos at tamang serbisyo ang ating mga offender.

In this video, I learned about the law which is comes first because there is no crime where there is no law punishing it or "Nullum Crimen Nulla Poena Sine Lege". Also law is the system of regulations to govern and control the conduct of the people of a community, society, or nation also called as social control. Law was introduced by the government for us to follow and there also have two (2) types of crime which is Omission and Commission. When we say Omission, it is done by unintentionally or failed to obey and Commission is done by intentionally.

I have learned in this video the criminal is someone who breaks the law is referred as a criminal. A criminal is someone who murders, steals, or victimizes the government. But the definition of a criminal is much broader. anyone who breaks the law, even if it's just not paying a speeding ticket, is considered a criminal. You can also discuss criminal activities, or things that are against the law.

I absorb that the subject Introduction to the Philippine Criminal Justice System it covers the basic functions and process in every on every aspect of the system. In the topic, we can encounter the question of what comes first? but on the other hand, there are so many justifications and points of opinion in this question. The law is a system to govern and control the conduct of the people in a community. I Also grasp that crime has many own definitions depending on the situation.

What I learned in this video is that crime can be prevented, as long as it can be avoided because all criminals have a substitute punishment that can be incarcerated. and I also learned the 5 pillars of the Criminal Justice System in the Philippines that enforce law, prosecution, court and community. They enforce the law and they also punish bad people.

The things that i learned from this are ,the laws are existing to control and maintain the peace and order of the government it is also know as the method of social control. If theres no law existing there is no crime to commit.
There are three classification of legality of crimes according to the law violated these are the felony that violates the revised penal codes, offense which violates special penal law, and last the infraction that violates municipal ordinance. These crimes are punishable depending on the law violated

I learned that In Philippine Criminal Justice System, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. If you violated the law there is no exemption when it comes to justice, even if you are an artist or the son of mayor, etc.,The Justice will be given equally right away. There are two things involved to this process, the offender and the victim. The offender is the Principal Character in Criminal Justice System. The victim that is neglected one in Criminal Justice System. After i watched this video I can't say that Justice System is unfair, because the offenders didn't fall within same classifications.

I learned a lot on this topic one of what i learned is that Introduction to Philippine Criminal Justice System is like an introduction of all the major subject that will going to discuss someday. This subject is very broad. "Ordeal" is practice used to determine guilt or innocence of the accused, Divine intervention which where God can indicate who was guilty or not by giving victory to the innocent in a trial and if the person survive he had been protected by God, meaning to say the accused is innocent , This is the Justice system into an ancient time. but now our justice system has changed a lot because many additional theories and studies that changed our Justice system today. Our lives are controlled by the law, how we act, how we behave and how we obey. To make our nation or our place peaceful.

For an act to be considered a crime it must have a law defining why it is a crime.
Law is a rule of conduct developed by the government or society over a certain territory and crime is an offence that merits community condemnation and punishment, usually by way of fine or imprisonment.

Now i' ve learned the definition of criminal justice system because i don't know it before, the only thing i thought is the criminal justice system is the failed justice of this country like the incident before involving of corrupted policeman, by the way the definition of CRIMINAL is a person convicted of a crime by a final judgement, as i listen to the video we consider the suspect as a criminal after the final judgement by the judge, so after that we can noe consider them a criminal, there are 7 under the CRIMINAL this is Suspect, Respondent, Defendant, Accused, Convict, Inmate/prisoner/person deprived of liberty, Ex- convict And there are Instances when judgement of conviction is final under it. Next is JUSTICE, justice is the act of rendering what are due and treating persons equally. As i learned we need to treat even the criminal equally by giving them Rights to defense themselves and because of their accused act they had no rights to being free and watching cinema outside after they go in prison. The 3rd is SYSTEM, system is a combination of of related elements organized into a complex whole. And as i said recently the SYSTEM is how the law enforcer requisition there fellow man.

In this video I have learned that the justice has its different perspective, such as crime control perspective wherein those people who holds this perspective believe that the role of the justice system is to prevent crimes through the judicial use of criminal sanction. The next one is the Rehabilitation in this perspective, they believe that those people who commit crime are just victims of inequality in our society. The other perspective is the Due process, this means that people who are accused still must have an equal and fair treatment regardless of their social status. The fourth one is the non- intervention perspective this means as much as possible some of government agencies must limit their intervention to the accuse its because it will cause them harmful and long term negative effects. The next one is the Justice perspective this stated that rules and regulations must be standardize in all of the accused regardless on their social class. Lastly is the restorative perspective this perspective only aims to keep peace and not punishment.

We can prevent crimes when we know our laws. But some are making crimes even if they know the laws. If we do a crime possibly we will go to prison to pay the crime that a people did. Commission or omission they have both need to pay of what crime they do.

Criminal justice system is a person convicted of a crime by a final judgment a person can only be called a criminal when he is convicted of a crime when he has been convicted that he is really guilty or because he cannot defend himself. first call him a suspect when he is arrested only process padin yong case he bali he was held in police custody while dipa he was on trial bali he will not immediately be called a criminal while he has not been proven that he is convicted he can only be called a criminal if guilty accused him there he can be called a criminal and when that is lacking he will be called that he is an inmate/prisoner, Just when the person can be said to be a criminal when he is convicted he is by the judge he is guilty in the case charged against him. Before he becomes a criminal process first to prove he is convicted.
