In this video we tour for the first time the municipality of San Pedro Garza García, its first neighborhood and its first commercial area, Centrito Valle.
San Pedro Garza García is considered the richest municipality in Latin America due to the large number of people with a high purchasing power who live here. One of the main economic activities is foreign investment.
There are several luxury and ultra modern areas in the city of San Pedro, but on this occasion we decided to go to the first neighborhood that for many years remained without maintenance. Restoration work is currently continuing.

Se tardaron mucho en esa remodelación y dejaron muchos cables de luz que se ven feos,pos que hicieron

las calles , las aceras, los postes ,el cableado son una porqueria, banquetas mal construidas y muchas sin terminar.. si ese es el lugar mas rico no queire ver el mas pobre!!
Al parecer ya habian hecho el cableado subterraneo, solo era de retirar esos postes, imagino que ya estaban desconectados.
Yo nací y crecí ahí. En aquel entonces la mayoría eran casa, y en el centrito había un correo, un super y Benavides, aparte de otros negocios. No se parece nada como era antes, pero le agradezco el video. Muchos recuerdos tengo ahí
Que susto ver tanto cable en una zona tan exclusiva
Dejaron muy bonitas las banquetas, que pena que no hayan aprovechado la remodelacion para soterrar esos cables tan horribles. Pero bueno, a diferencia de antes si se mira mejor.
Un dato para comentar ahí a una cuadra de la entrada del centrito valle mano izquierda estaba la discoteca Baccarat allá fines de los 80 y enfrente estaba una papeleria el guerrero nada quedó de eso que recuerdos
