RIP Godfather! KS had great wisdom & I always enjoy listening to him. I'm a 34 year-old father, Real Estate Agent, Investor, and Landlord/entrepreneur and I got out of the rat race around 30 myself. I had plenty of failures & setbacks along the way. You have to learn from your failures & move forward. It's important to set goals, plan ahead, create a strategy, take action & execute. I'm looking forward to continue to grow & build my empire and take full advantage of my 40s. I got out of a 12 year relationship about 7 months ago & the dating game is a lot different in 2024 lol

The ultimate shame is he loved black women and the black women he was attempting to help, wanted to destroy him. On the topic of fragrances and excellent affordable option I would say for younger men like early 20s university sort of age is Paul Smith Extreme.. It’s not a very well known one but I swear by it! Gets a lot of attention. It’s a sweeter type of smell which is why I recommend for younger men but it really does catch attention. I utilised it loads when I was younger
