So Coven VIP can't be killed at night... But town VIP is made of wet tissue paper? That's fair!
I mean, coven VIP has a literal coven of magical witches who would theoretically be protecting them. Town VIP is just a regular human vibing with other regular humans.
Yeah I could See basic defense Maybe a once use powerful once like the witch in TOs 1 but invincible is too much
@@qberrygamz7049 To be fair, it is just like how Godfather couldn't be killed at night in TOS 1. It was really unfair in that game mode as they were all Town Killing, but with some investigative roles they would be able to find the Coven and throw out the VIP.
What's even the point of Vet in a scenario like that?
It's not right. VIP's should all have the same defense regardless. If you kill the VIP the faction autolosses and only a fully transformed apocalypse has invincible defense.
Bryce's move was probably the best one actually. Since he already jailed coven, by jailing werewolf and dying himself by the coven, he would have left coven against tavern keeper, which is a loss for town. So, by eliminating both towns on the same night, he made coven vs werewolf, which is a trade and therefore a draw, not giving anyone a win
Well he didn't know Platy was Ritualist, so he got pretty lucky there lol.
@@zura8879oh, right, basic defence is stronger than basic attack. My bad. So, doesnt it mean town could have still won? Like, Bryce jailing Chilled and Minx roleblocking Platy? (i dont think it counted for trying to roleblock the person in jail)
@@krefars Yeah Bryce executing Chilled and Minx roleblocking Platy would have gotten Town the win, since Ritualist spell doesn't work when roleblocked iirc.
Chilled admitted that he was werewolf and that Platy had to be the other bad guy. Even if he didn't trust Minx, he should have jailed and executed Chilled when couldn't vote him because that was the only way to stop the werewolf. Minx would have then been able to roleblock Platy and prevent his ritual, thus saving Bryce and winning it for the town.
I keep assuming they have Jackal on and expect Chilled to argue with his fellow Coven about who'll turn Judas at the last second 😂
That last game was a great idea, but Coven VIP being invincible kinda broke that.
From what i heard, coven vip can only be killed by a pros or marshal and if both are not present like in this scenario; its almost a guaranteed coven win. War being unable to kill the cov vip is also kinda stupid.

If Chilled attacked platy end of that first game, he would have won, but no way bryce jailing the other town could have been predicted lol
There's an established concept in games like Chess where an experienced player may have a bit of a harder time against a novice because the better player will play expecting the other to know what they're doing.
The only logical decisions were to jail the confirmed Werewolf (Chilled) and execute, or jail the obvious Coven (Platy) and execute. So, if Chilled wasn't in jail, then clearly it must be Platy in jail, so if he attacked Platy it would be a waste of an attack, and he would be jailed and executed the next night, if not just voted out. And there would be no reason to attack Minx instead because that would leave Bryce to jail and execute him.
...Except Bryce not only jailed Minx, but *executed her* for some reason. Literally could not have been predicted because there was no logic behind that other than mind-gaming oneself into thinking either Chilled or Platy were joking around and pretending to be the evil, while Minx flew under the radar as the actual Werewolf or final Coven.
It actually was a huge 5D play where you force the draw in a losing situation there because both Chilled and Platty assume the other is jailed/dead and kill the jailor, forcing both to then trade the following night.
The actual craziest play (200 IQ) that could result in town winning is if Bryce jails Minx but DOESNT EXECUTE, leaving Minx alive to “Play Kingmaker” with Coven and Werewolf (“Tell me which of you I should let win”) all the way down to the wire and stall out the voting time. And when night comes, Werewolf and Coven have to attack each other or risk dying (prisoner’s dilemma), thus resulting in a town win. But that’s an insanely calculated risk that involves Minx and Bryce both knowing that’s the only reasonable out.
It should have been a win for town. But with Bryce not exing the confirmed Werewolf out of the 2 people he could have jailed, did cost them.
Jailor / Bryce exing Chilled / Werewolf
Tav / Minx roleblocking Platy / Rit
Then they could have hung Platy the next day.
You can argue that Minx was quite unlucky with the roleblocks though and the will was not great as a result.
@@KonaFanatiker if I heard correctly, minx had just role blocked platy the night before, so if chilled was jailed, coven won
How come ‘Em doesn’t understand that judge is on her team?
This is the third separate game I’ve watched her throw people under the bus as judge or against the judge.
I think she maybe thought of Skadj being a different role with defence. Also it’s not as bad as Courtilly not understanding it a few videos back 😂

I was pretty confused by that too, did she think he was Conjurer? Because they don't have defense.
Either way she should've written it in her will, not blurted it out after she died.
