It's sad that you guys don't have the 200K subscribers and 300K views for your videos as you two (3 when Sean is on) are the best. Love your videos and always give the thumbs up, wish I could afford to be a paetron, maybe one day but i am a poor sailor myself and i don't get any youtube money.

Did Sean replace the fishing rods and reels he let the fish take because he didn't tie them to the boat last season ? If you ever replace batteries again, consider " firefly oasis" carbon foam batteries. Check out the RUclips videos about them. The picture quality of the video looks better than ever. New camera or my imagination? Looks great, extra crispy.

Hey guys, just wondering what air compressor you have on board and how you power it? We are planning on buying one for our boat and just trying to get some tips! Cheers, S/V Angel Wing.
    Love your vids!

We have a Nuvair 35, based on the MCH-6 compressor. Its been solid, we picked it up from the builder in Oxnard Ca and saved a lot that way. They gave us a great deal on the compressor (%20 off) and a heavy discount on all of the spares and filter we bought. We still ended up paying around $4000 with tax, but we have enough spares for 5000hrs of use!

How much were the 'C954 aluminum bronze' chainplates? I'm very new and learning a lot from people like you. Never heard of those so I did some research and found an interesting (to me) 'thread' on Brion Toss's "spartalk" site: "Douglas and others,
    Hello all,
onlinemetals.com offers Aluminum Bronze, alloy C95400, in 3/8"x2" and 1.5". The total cost for all of the bronze I need (12ft of 2", 6ft of 1.5") would be about $300.
I have seen people say that aluminum nickle bronze and silicon bronze are good choices for use as chainplates. However, I'm not sure about "aluminum bronze". It's specifications are thus:
    Aluminum Bronze, C954
Minimum Properties Ultimate Tensile Strength, psi 85,000
    Yield Strength, psi 32,000
    Elongation in 2" 12%
    Brinell Hardness 170
    Chemistry Copper (Cu) 83.0% min
    Iron (Fe) 3.0 - 5.0%
    Aluminum (Al) 10.0 - 11.5%
    As opposed to silicon bronze:
    Silicon Bronze, C655
Minimum Properties Ultimate Tensile Strength, psi 85,000
    Yield Strength, psi 55,000
    Elongation in 2" 20%
    Rockwell Hardness B90
    Chemistry Copper (Cu) 97.0% min
    Iron (Fe) 0.8% max
    Manganese (Mn) 1.5% max
    Nickel (Ni) 0.6% max
    Lead (Pb) 0.5% max
    Silicon (Si) 2.8 - 3.8%
    Zinc (Zn) 1.5% max
Does anyone have experience using aluminum bronze; I want to make sure it is a strong enough metal. I'm not sure if "32,000 psi" for yield strength is enough compared to silicon bronze's "55,000 psi". I have found sources for aluminum nickle and silicon bronze sheet, but the total cost is near or above $1000, and I'd still have to cut it, so if this "aluminum bronze" is acceptable, it would be nice!
    Thank you for your time!
    Aaron

I think we paid just under $400 form online metals for all of it, I think we got 20% off with a promo code and got free shipping as well. There are a few WS32 blogs with guys using C954 to replace the stainless. We have been very happy so far after a year of use, still look new!
