You have so much acreage you could create 10-20 camp spots and put them on Hipcamp. You could make $15-30 dollars a night off each site. It is a good way to keep some cash flowing in until the whole ranch is up and running.
Great ideas!! AND - A Jigsaw Puzzle for those super cold/hot days when those special guests don't want to go outside. (I can't imagine who THAT would be... ) Or at least one puzzle w a good picture on display in the crate will be decorative. O ! ✨️💡✨️ Howz about taking a nice picture (like with the drone!) and have a DEMOLITION RANCH Puzzle made like THAT!!!
Consider 3 pars of laindry. One for the bed, one for the laundry, one for the shelf. That's how most places run. It saves a lot of time. My parents ran a motel. I learned hospitality the hard way as a kid.
I like the idea of a guest book, but maybe more like a journal book that guests can sign and write down some of the things they did or saw while out exploring.
My wife loves the color of the "love shack". I can't wait for our vacation to the resort. We are going to wait until more is done with the resort first!! We can't wait!!
For the shelf: Put a nice, empty diary there with the title on the cover: WHAT IS LOVE? And then every guest in this little house can write down on a page what love means to them. Little episodes, thoughts, experiences with loved ones, friends, family ... Over time, this creates a compendium of entries that everyone enjoys reading, that inspire, make you think, appreciate...
Matt in love shack instead of an extension cord for the vacuum get a switch/receptacle for $8 and a new cover for .99¢ and replace the switch in the closet. No need for a cord that couple potentially be a hard and it will took a lot better. I’d also bundle up the excess charging cord with a zip tie.
you should put a snorkel on the Humvee, waterproof ECU, and waterproof/seal up the trans/engine if you can. that humvee would make a sweet mud bogger for content.
The box shelves. How about use them as framing for pictures of different points of interests around the resort - and one with a map with the spots marked on it. Of course, you may just have the river and the range and maybe the side snake cave so far, but it will grow in time. In fact, all your houses shOuld have at least at binder with this kind of information (and how to book a range experience etc)
@@MIForrestguy this censoring is getting ridiculous. I think elon should start taking on RUclips because, serious discussions can't even be followed anymore because everything is being bleeped out! Something has to be done
This was a great episode now on to important things.... Like cave digging and changing the channel back to off the ranch... You could even relaunch it with new off the ranch merch.
Some board games, books, local interest pamphlets, maps, resort map, emergency contact info, local hospital, nearest store, clock, cave rock on a plinth 🤣, etc. for the shelves.
Thanks for all the updates can't wait until you guys get started on the main building.. I just know it will be awesome when the whole resort is running. Getting there a little at a time and we get to watch it all. Yay!
I love the storage room. Labels on the shelves are very helpful. The folding table is a must have. When I used to work at a motel we had this industrial strength laundry soap that would kill germs and remove stains much better than anything I used at home.
That area underneath the counter by the sink install two drawers, one small for the silverware and a very large one for the bedding for the pullout couch🎉
you could have like cans with like scrap metal like flowers and stuff and like glass jars and stuff like that with like decorations and little things like that for the crate shelves
Unless it’s a drop switch, you can pull power off that light switch in the closet for the vacuum. Cut in a 2-gang box and you’re good to go. Or even a switch-receptacle combo.
With the hanging sweeper in the love shack you can just get an old work box, put it below the light switch. Pull off the hot wire before the switch then bring that to the old workbox. Put a recep and coverplate. you'll have your outlet for the sweeper charger plug... Probably can just find on youtube how to really do it. It's very easy to do.
That was nice of you to give your employees lunch. I thought Roman was sending you some big washer and dryers. He's always complaining about having so many I. His helicopter barn. Love shack looks great. Merry Christmas to all.
Cute rental. Just one suggestion. Since it can sleep 4, it needs more towel racks. Maybe get one that has 3 or 4 swing out rods that can be used as needed. I know it sounds like a small thing, but having no place to let your bath towel dry can be a pain.
A great video to start the day I had a misfortune, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I also created a channel and am trying to move in that direction, but so far not very successful((hht
I just watched 2 hours of Ozzy Man Destination F'd and Fail Army videos and the first thing I see is Matt taking the Hummer off of the trailer and I'm waiting for the coming disaster. Whew!
Love shack wall hung shelves; You should advertise bunker branding in the crates with merch. You should find a place to do advertising in each of the houses!
Many different things you could put in the crate shelves. Perhaps, body armor and other things that get damaged at Demo Ranch. Or maybe games or even an RC vehicle to play with. If someone were to rent it for something like a honeymoon or anniversary, you could put a welcome basket that is appropriate
Definitely leave the crate shelves. They are a great feature on that wall, maybe put some books and little knick-knacks on them, maybe a few small plants.
Let guests fill up the crate shelving. Make it entirely optional, but people who've enjoyed their stay could leave a memento of some sort on the shelf, maybe a something from their home state or country, or their own artwork, anything really, but over time the shelving will tell the history of the house.
Put some black and white pictures of the property in the cubby's. UNO cards and other fun family games are always fun when the weather isn't perfect for going outside. Coming together for sure.
@TheHazmat77 not sure. I just know he has a few in the hanger and wants to get a container beside the hanger/garage and put all the laundry stuff in there to make room for the helicopter and other stuff that belongs in there. No sense in moving in more than needed.
Matt, with "vent" holes in the tubing, there's gonna go water in there, and just sit, meaning it's gonna get nasty and might rust from the inside, depending on what metal it is...
You have so much acreage you could create 10-20 camp spots and put them on Hipcamp. You could make $15-30 dollars a night off each site. It is a good way to keep some cash flowing in until the whole ranch is up and running.
I'd be there for a range day for sure.
For dry camping that’s a fairly good price
I can't imagine the look you got from predator inc when you said you were taking the Hummer to another range day.
Haha, I would stop watching. Haha. 🤣🤣 No, seriously. I would.😎
My heart stopped after seeing the first range day involving the Hummer. Sad. So, sad
For the shelves put plants and maps of the resort and surrounding areas. Brochures and books. Just simple things
The Love Shack should have a B-52's poster hanging in there somewhere.
💡 Excellent 💡 idea 💡!!
Tiiiiinnn roof. Rusty
Put a doorbell in and make that the tone while you’re at it.
Idea for the Crate Shelves:
• Cuddling Blankets
• Board Games
• Bunker Branded Merch (Gift for Guests)
books?... or better yet ''toys''?... lol
Great ideas!!

As someone who’s worked in hotels before. A table is helpful for folding big sheets like king but they also make a laundry arm which is sooo helpful!
love the laundry arm
Consider 3 pars of laindry. One for the bed, one for the laundry, one for the shelf. That's how most places run. It saves a lot of time. My parents ran a motel. I learned hospitality the hard way as a kid.
Put a guest book, games, books, and then mix it with some cool Knick knacks for the shelves
Some photos of the property and surrounding area would look nice also.
Demo ranch largest drink vessel used as vase in one then maybe ranch related pics and items with gift basket and wire baskets
Old pics of the ranch for the crate shelves
I was thinking something similar. Iconic demolition moments.
I like the idea of a guest book, but maybe more like a journal book that guests can sign and write down some of the things they did or saw while out exploring.
Merry Christmas to everyone at bunker, demolition and all your tubers,🌲🌲🌲👍🙏🙏🙏
My wife loves the color of the "love shack". I can't wait for our vacation to the resort. We are going to wait until more is done with the resort first!! We can't wait!!
11:07 one person with a table can *totally* fold a fitted king sheet by themselves. ❤️ That's a perfect spot for a folding/laundry table.
Great job . Merry Christmas to Everyone .
I love a guest book, fun to read through it.
Merry Christmas to all of you 😊

Why, the thing has so many bullet holes in it it leaks like a sieve. A snorkel will not be needed. This is a submarine if it gets in water 😎
@@markmitchell457 when you go mud-bogging properly water enters the cab and with bullet holes, it's gonna drain quickly.
Use the crate shelves as picture frames showing the progress of the resort and any old photos of its previous ownership
On your Hummer, have them move the rear ladder steps 2:47 because it blocks the rear brake lights.
8:55 whats oompaville doing there 😂
Was bout to ask lol
I also saw him.
He is usually at range day also
Supporting Kris, I'm guessing. Selling candy? Merch deals?
Range day
Always a good day when Matt posts❤️
A cool decoration for the crate shelves would be Alebrijes! Really think Matt would like those
Would be cool to maybe have a display of arrowheads from the property in one of the shadow boxes. Great video
You go Al Frugoni! 👏. Love what you've done with the property Matt ! 👍😎 And love the videos.
YES MORE MATT VIDEOS!! 😊
Al is truelly a G. The kind of man you would 100% wanna be friends with.
That dark green/black exterior is going to be nice and toasty in the Texas summer heat 🔥
My house is dark grey, if I turned off the AC it would get warm. Same as back when it was light tan. I do have white metal roof that does help.
The box shelves. How about use them as framing for pictures of different points of interests around the resort - and one with a map with the spots marked on it. The love shack turned out so cute. You just need a few nic naks in those baskets and maybe a plant.
How dare RUclips hide this from me for 13 seconds? 😡
😂
Lucky you mine was 13 minutes
18min for me 😂
They are really censoring rental videos lately. NSFW
@@MIForrestguy this censoring is getting ridiculous. I think elon should start taking on RUclips because, serious discussions can't even be followed anymore because everything is being bleeped out! Something has to be done
On the crates hanging on the walls you should give the guests the option to bring a small trinket to put in them
Finish the ceiling in love shack can also use it as storage up top, and 24hr cave dig!!!
This was a great episode now on to important things.... Like cave digging and changing the channel back to off the ranch... You could even relaunch it with new off the ranch merch.

Write a note in the Love Shack encouraging visitors to leave something cool they found while they visited in the crates.
That area underneath the counter by the sink install two drawers, one small for the silverware and a very large one for the bedding for the pullout couch🎉
Make the crates/shelves a honor point for the guests; The guests can leave interesting items in them to spice it up.
you could have like cans with like scrap metal like flowers and stuff and like glass jars and stuff like that with like decorations and little things like that for the crate shelves
That's a great presentation of quartmastering for the organization.
11:05 there are stands with clips for folding sheets I use to use one when I worked in a hotel
Also they take up way less space and ya don't have to walk around big tables just get tables for towels
Put things in those shelves from demo ranch. Kinda tie the 2 together. It's why most people follow u. Love the content.
Love shack looks great are you able to rehab the one room cabins the same way and roll out cheap RBnBs?
You guys should print some custom desperado ranch bed sheets.
Love shack looks great, small plants of the lodge area in the crate shells.
For the outlet in the Love Shack, put in a single-gang switch over outlet in the closet and it will hide most of the cord for the vac.
Very cool glad to see it coming together on OFF THE RANCH
The new place looks really good. Might I suggest some Texas nick knacks and a couple of Desperado Ranch cups.
That body work is fire!
For the box shelves on the love shack wall by the table. Take a bunch of pics of different guns and put an 8x10 of a single gun on each shelf...
The Hummer is so awesome!
The Love Shack looks so cozy!
I hope you didn't get hurt when you fell off the railing at the end!
15:18/19:03 Fill it with Smile More gear! We need more Roman Atwood on this channel!
Unless it’s a drop switch, you can pull power off that light switch in the closet for the vacuum. Cut in a 2-gang box and you’re good to go. Or even a switch-receptacle combo.
Books. The place looks like an awesome writers nook
Ocian, beach lighthouse theam stuff. And a corner table that fits that corner. Lighthouse lamp?
With the hanging sweeper in the love shack you can just get an old work box, put it below the light switch. Pull off the hot wire before the switch then bring that to the old workbox. First advertisement that I have EVER given a Like.
I have the same mini vacuum. Works great for a tiny house!
Love the love shack but that pink door is a little much.... unless you are alluding to "the pink door."😂
Hell yeah brother!
You should put some the empty wine bottles that you found in the wooden creates of the love shack for decor!
Nice cruise to the river and fish from the top, rig
Sure would be sweet to see it with a matching offroad trailer/hummer box behind it!
I like how the hummer door cages have locks.... like it will do anything. xD
Many different things you could put in the crate shelves. Perhaps, body armor and other things that get damaged at Demo Ranch. Or maybe games or even an RC vehicle to play with. If someone were to rent it for something like a honeymoon or anniversary, you could put a welcome basket that is appropriate
I love the colors of the Love Shack.
Another great video. Merry Christmas everyone x
Put books & games in the crate shelves, along with whatever foofy decor stuff Jenna wants to put in there.
For the crate shelves you could put some cards or other games. A few books.
Dopest Humvee I have ever seen my guy!
The top of that humvee could be your new mobile summer time stage at desperado
Forget the extension cord for the vacuum and if you can replace the switch with a stacked switch plug combo if there is a neutral in the box
Put the bottles of wine you found in the wine cellar in the crates displays in the tiny AirBnb
Those crates are screaming "Clown dolls!!" to me, but chopped up dolls of any sort oughta fit in nicely.
Treaty Oak! Went to school with one of the owners! Awesome!
Definitely leave the crate shelves. They are a great feature on that wall, maybe put some books and little knick-knacks on them, maybe a few small plants.
Dude you could do plenty of pewpew training with that open design on that hummer. Looks slick dude.
One day it would be really cool to have custom Desperado Resort chocolates or mints to leave in the Airbnb's
Let guests fill up the crate shelving.
Make it entirely optional, but people who've enjoyed their stay could leave a memento of some sort on the shelf, maybe a something from their home state or country, or their own artwork, anything really, but over time the shelving will tell the history of the house.
Go Matt!
In the crates, books, a few board games and cards, maps, etc.
You need a ROUND VELVET BED in the LOVE SHACK and a Hot Tub...lol
In the boxes on the wall, you could put some cupid, hearts, upside-down pineapples .... 😅
Random Oompa cameo… nice👌🏻
For the cabinets I’d say a few decorative things and also a mini chess board, books, games etc..
Put some black and white pictures of the property in the cubby's. UNO cards and other fun family games are always fun when the weather isn't perfect for going outside. Coming together for sure.
Next cave intro, they’re gonna go back to the cave and peak inside. Surprise, a wild Mikey appears looking like Tom Hanks in Cast Away. 😂
Call Roman he could fly you over a couple commercial washer and dryers 😂😂😂 Homie hookup!!!
I thought Roman sent him some when he remodeled
@TheHazmat77 not sure. I just know he has a few in the hanger and wants to get a container beside the hanger/garage and put all the laundry stuff in there to make room for the helicopter and other stuff that belongs in there. No sense in moving in more than needed.
Matt, with "vent" holes in the tubing, there's gonna go water in there, and just sit, meaning it's gonna get nasty and might rust from the inside, depending on what metal it is...
You could put some natural things from the property on the shelves in the love shack?
Put some books, board games, playing cards on those crate shelves!
Bringing the hummer to range day to give it ptsd and remind it what's in store if it gives out on you
