On this week’s whiteboard animation, we want to talk about ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System's Clause 4.0 on the Context of the Organization. Since the implementation of Annex SL and revision of ISO 9001 , one of the key features is that, it now puts into consideration the context of the organization. Since ISO 9001 is a generic standard, it can be implemented in "ANY" industry, so realizing its context would be one effective way to implement the standard. It seeks to understand your organization, its needs and expectations not only internally but also to every interested party. By doing this, it determines the scope of the QMS it will implement, making it better and more efficient for you and your clients!
