    Get and use a cast iron skillet and after searing put it in the oven for 5 minutes. One less thing to clean😀

    Nice recipe. Did not know Costco sold frozen CSB, thanks for the tip.
    Masking some fresh filets tonight with a lil spinach saute.
    I usually pull my fish at about 135, carryover will get to 145, maybe because it's 105* in Texas today

    You don’t cut asparagus, you bend it and it will break at the perfect spot where the woodie end meets the tender stalk
