Machineon is a decent name for a Steel type Eeveelution, but Titaneon is perfect. An Eevee made of Titanium, I don't know what name fits better than Titaneon tbh.
For a Ghost-Type Eeveelution, most name concepts sound kinda off to me, but one always strikes me as fitting: Eidoleon. It comes from the word "eidolon", which means a specter/phantom, but also an image or representation of an idea.
Was going to suggest that along with Drakeon for the dragon type and Spectreon for the ghost type (spookeon is solid but I learned from back to the future that the first part of that name can be considered a slur)
For the flying type I'd personally go with Zepheon, based off of Zephyr, a light breeze, and it just sounds pretty cool. With all due respects, Jeteon also sounds like something that'd be more man-made
I think Zephyreon might roll a little better off the tongue. Said like "Zeph-eer-eon" instead of the traditional "zeph-ur". Idk, that's just my humble personal opinion, anyway.

I've noticed a lot of ghost types have dark edgy backstories, so when it comes to making a ghost eevee, I'd throw a bit of a curveball. Eevee would evolve into Misteon when leveled up at 1hp. The lore is that the eevee is given a second chance at life and evolves as a result. Sometimes ghosts don't have to be tragic. For a dragon eeveelution, i always thought it should be a wyvern and be called Wyveon. I'd want it to be white and a bit fluffy as my main source of inspiration for it is the wyverns from Terraria.
For me I would’ve given eevee a new dragon move called Draco scales which raises its defense by one stage aka a defense curl and add high friendship to really make it count
I love how you tried to make Spookeon less broken by giving it "only" 95 speed lol. That's still an amazing speed tier for a choice scarf mon. If this thing is hitting you with STAB 300 base power Last Respects off a 130 base attack you're just done. And you can't even outspeed it because with a scarf and jolly nature it has over 450 speed. And then if you don't kill it with the first priority move, cursed body might just disable it and force you to sack something else to not get swept.
My favorite eeveelutions in this video are Bouldeon(because of how United Plays shows some movie clips where the boulders were replaced with a picture of Bouldeon),and Spookeon(because I think that ghost types are very awesome),and I think that if these eeveelutions were actually added into the games,Bouldeon and Spookeon would make brilliant additions to my team.
I actually sketched out some un-made Eeveelutions too and gave them some names too. The dragon type was Drakeon Ghost was Spectreon Flying was Strateon And Ground type was Glypheon
These are just a few names I thought of for future Eeveelutions: Terraineon - Rock or Ground Nimbeon - Flying Grimeon (Grim Reaper) / Spectreon (Specter) - Ghost Wyvereon / Draceon - Dragon Toxeon - Poison Brawleon - Fighting Mecheon -Steel

Tough part about all the eevee evolution names is that every current eeveelution starts with a different letter in their name, so it’d be tough to come up with names that don’t overlap letters. Love all these though, it’d be great to see a few new evolutions in mainstream games!!

My ideas, as I've thrown into some comments, so far (I'm sure they've already been thought of elsewhere, anyway): Alumineon (Steel type- I don't personally believe that the Eeveelution names, or any Pokemon names, HAVE to be related to exactly that material. I think having the name be generally related is fine. ) Zephyreon/Aethereon (Someone had mentioned Zepheon below, and with Zephyr being one of my long-time favorite nicknames for things, this one was a name that always kind of stuck if you went down the "wind" path of naming) Phantasmeon (This one I'm not sold on, and I've seen better ideas from others. I could probably come up with a better one with time) Entomoneon (Bug type- granted, finding creative names for the bug-related Eeveelution is a bit difficult haha) Ceteaeon/Chimereon (I think staying away from the generic "draceon" motif for a Dragon type Eevee would be interesting. Having it being a sea dragon for Ceteaeon, or a more vicious, Frankensteinesque dragon-like creature would be cool) I don't know, these are just some of my ideas. Maybe I'll use these name for something later and draw up some ideas. I remember drawing a "Leafeon" back in about '98 haha. Making Eeveelutions is probably one of the funnest kinds of Fakemon creativity there is, to me. :) Nice models and ideas, though. You don't see concepts done so well typically!
I thought Spectreon was amazing, but Phanteon is the correct answer for a ghost type eeveelution. Flying type one should be Nimbeon. Dragon type should be Chimereon, like you said. Steel type should be Titaneon. And Bouldeon is already perfect. EDIT: mid video, I thought of Phanteon and it's better than Phantasmeon.
The ghost-type one could’ve been named illuseon, like an illusion, as ghosts tend to make illusions to lure victims from my experience with media based around ghosts
Rockruff would’ve actually been perfect for that! Giving him the remaining types which all tend to be physical attackers compliments eeveelutions being special attackers. Also eevee being a fox and rockruff a wolf.

I doubt they will. Too many issues with fans creating their owns and getting ownership over names/designs that haven't been used I just don't see happening

I mean for all but flying there is already items he could of used for the others metal coat, dragon scale, kings rock, and dusk stone all of which already evolve mons (though kings rock is slowing not a rock but idk anything more fitting)
If it's possible, make eevee evolve into spookeon by being traded while fainted. Because it would be like he went to the afterlife (a new world after death).
Tbh they should continue making eeveelutions even if they just change or swap some evolutions out for different regions and ect. I'm actually surprised that they've never done anymore but they probably havent done it because it's too many evolutions, could even be because of the names for them or if they think people will get annoyed that eevee has so many evolutions than any other pokemon. Ever since I've played pokemon x and omega ruby I do still hope that they make new evolutions or maybe even make the main evolutions mixed

Names: Drakeon- Dragon (Name based off of the mythical "drake," a dragon that walks on all fours and has no wings, akin to your illustration of the Eeveelution.) Spectreon- Ghost (Name based on "specter/spectre" I figured the latter spelling would make the name sound cooler, "Specteon" just doesn't roll off the tongue as well.) Cybeon- Steel (Since you're going with a robot, I figured "cyber" would fit better and make the name sound a bit cooler & cuter.) Strateon- Flying (The word "Stratus" sounds cool and it's cloud-related, so I personally thought "Strateon" would sound pretty dope.)

since there are no stones to evolve these following, lets say this is how to evole these custom eeveelutions scaleon: evolve and eevee into scaleon by via trade bouldeon: evolve eevee into bouldeon when it learns the starter rock type move rock throw spookeon: evolve an eevee by making it learn TM029/TM77 Hex machineon: evolve an eevee by making it learn king shield or metal claw jeteon: your eevee can evolve into jeteon when the weather is cloudy
I honestly love the designs and ideas here, but the names I feel could use some work... I think for rock type I would have gone with Litheon, similar to the term "neolithic" meaning "new stone". As for ghost, pretty close, I would have gone with Spectreon, like "specter". For flying, Nimbeon, like a nimbus cloud.
For Scaleon, somebody in another video claimed the word "dragon" has some connection to sorcery, so your stats largely make sense if his claim is true. For flying, I think Gusteon would be fitting.
For Dragon: Drakeon, or wyrmeon ( drake, wyrm Ghost: Phanteon, or illumeon ( phantom, illuminate) Steel: Scrapeon or Weldeon ( scraps, welding) Fighting: Blitzeon or Champeon ( blitz is a move in fighting, and I like Champeon cuz it just goes Rock: Minereon ( minerals, mining) Flying: Strateon ,Aeveon, Nubeon ( stratosphere, aero, nube means cloud)
For the flying type eevee, i think an excellent name would be hurreon, bc not only is it hurricane, but only hurry which makes sense considering the speed stat. An alternate name would be tornadeon.
Bug Type: Cattereone Poison Type: Plaseon Normal Type: Eeveeon ( Eevee is a normal Type Pokemon so it makes sense) Fighting Type: Puncheon Ground Type: Landeon
Throwing my hat in the ring for better names for the Eevelutions: Scaleon is amazing, but you could also go for the obligatory Draceon. Bouldeon is a no from me, try Petreon. It’s a Petrified Eeveelution, after all. Spookeon and Graveon are both kinda lackluster. Instead, try using Spectreon, or Wispeon. Machineon is kindaaaa… eh. I like Titaneon, or my personal favorite, Tungsteon. I imagine it’d be incredibly heavy, with Heavy Metal as its main ability. Jeteon is okay, but I would instead try going back to the cloud angle with Nimbeon (Nimb from Nimbus, which is a type of cloud).
Love the designs, most of the names weren't that good though. Scaleon was great, but since I'm here, I'll give alternate names for all five. Dragon: Wyrmeon Ghost: Necreon Flying: Zephreon Rock: Vitreon (Root word vitreous, a geological term for classifying minerals' luster.) Steel: Titaneon is an obvious choice. In fact, I myself made a Titaneon on pen and paper, back when Gen 5 was new. There's also the name Ferreon, from ferrous, meaning made of iron

Titaneon should’ve been the steel type, Alumeon could’ve possibly worked too. Also, probably would’ve done like Swifteon, Aireon, Roosteon. Something along those lines
i think the rock type could be called ''geodeon'', as a reference to geodes, the mineral formation of certain crystal minerals like quartzes. its those hollow balls full of crystal clumps. i think the gemstone theme would fit an eevee more, specially since their whole theme is having a scrambled mixed DNA and all that, and what gives gemstones their coloring is the presence of an elemental inpurity. personally, i would also make it a mix of tank special attacker with his 2 highest stats being the both defenses, followed by SP atk. this is just so he can have power gem as his first evo move and be able to use it. also ghost eeveelution should be called duskeon or spectreon. great video regardless.

Ideas for how they evolve:
Dragon: High friendship + Dragon type in the party
Rock: Traded while holding a Protector
Ghost: High friendship + Ghost type in party
Steel: Traded while holding a metal coat.
Flying: Shiny stone
Honestly loved Draceon, Machineon and Spookeon! I would definitely have them on my team!
For the normal type a while back I saw a eeveelution concept that made eevee more grown and majestic and I would love to see that if there is a part two

I was hoping you'd name the Dragon Eeveelution Fafneon, as a reference to the dragon "Fafnir" in Norse Mythology, but Scaleon kinda works too

Steel type - Machineon sounds good already, got none lol
Flying Type- Macheon, Flugeon

THE BOULDER is from Avatar, he appears for an episode in the Earth chapter of the story, primarily the episode introducing Toph. THE BOULDER is a fighter in an underground fighting ring, and goes largely undefeated until Toph steps into the ring and immediately demolishes him.
I’ve always been a fan of the name Spectreon for a ghost type Eeveelution. Mecheon would have been a good choice for a steel type as well.

I think for the flying type you shouldve named it either floateon or
Soareon(floateon could have levitate as its ability)

Also I once made a rock type eeveelution named marbleon, it was covered in mud and precious jewels. It was said to evolve from eevees who helped minors in caves.
Spookeon and Jetton would be My new Eeveelutions by a long shot, The current ones can’t compete
When it comes to Ghost types, I'm still sold on LightSource's Effigeon concept like no other.

Names:
Drakeon- Dragon
(Name based off of the mythical "drake," a dragon that walks on all fours and has no wings, akin to your illustration of the Eeveelution.)
Spectreon- Ghost (Name based on "specter/spectre" I figured the latter spelling would make the name sound cooler, "Specteon" just doesn't roll off the tongue as well.)
Cybeon- Steel (Since you're going with a robot, I figured "cyber" would fit better and make the name sound a bit cooler & cuter.)
Strateon- Flying (The word "Stratus" sounds cool and it's cloud-related, so I personally thought "Strateon" would sound pretty dope.)
Dragon: Draceon (Draco)
Rock: I agree
Ghost: Ghasteon (Ghastly)
Steel: Metalleon (Metallic)
Flying: Zephreon (Zephyr)
Fighting: I agree
Poison: Corroseon (Corrosive)
Ground: Terreon (Terra)
Bug: Entomeon (Entomology)

Scaleon is fine, but Bouldeon/Spookeon/Machineon/Jeteon, I’m not feeling. I’d vote:
- Igneon (Igneous rock)
- Plasmeon (ectoplasma)
- Bioneon (bionic, also leads to “neon” which is a nice plus)
- Cirreon / Strateon / Nimbeon (Cirrus/Stratus/Nimbus)

since there are no stones to evolve these following, lets say this is how to evole these custom eeveelutions
scaleon: evolve and eevee into scaleon by via trade
bouldeon: evolve eevee into bouldeon when it learns the starter rock type move rock throw
spookeon: evolve an eevee by making it learn TM029/TM77 Hex
machineon: evolve an eevee by making it learn king shield or metal claw
jeteon: your eevee can evolve into jeteon when the weather is cloudy
I honestly love the designs and ideas here, but the names I feel could use some work...
I think for rock type I would have gone with Litheon, similar to the term "neolithic" meaning "new stone".
As for ghost, pretty close, I would have gone with Spectreon, like "specter".
For flying, Nimbeon, like a nimbus cloud.

For Scaleon, somebody in another video claimed the word "dragon" has some connection to sorcery, so your stats largely make sense if his claim is true.
For flying, I think Gusteon would be fitting.

I drew a custom Eeveelution a while back called Plasmeon, and it was Ghost and it could summon Ghost Pokemon to help it in battle.

Fighting: Blitzeon or Champeon ( blitz is a move in fighting, and I like Champeon cuz it just goes
Rock: Minereon ( minerals, mining)
Flying: Strateon ,Aeveon, Nubeon ( stratosphere, aero, nube means cloud)
For the flying type eevee, i think an excellent name would be hurreon, bc not only is it hurricane, but only hurry which makes sense considering the speed stat. An alternate name would be tornadeon.
I personally would have called the ghost type eevee Ectoplaseon because ectoplasm is usually left behind by a ghost, but I like the name you gave it.
Bug Type: Cattereone
Poison Type: Plaseon
Normal Type: Eeveeon ( Eevee is a normal Type Pokemon so it makes sense)
Fighting Type: Puncheon
Ground Type: Landeon
Throwing my hat in the ring for better names for the Eevelutions:
Scaleon is amazing, but you could also go for the obligatory Draceon.
Bouldeon is a no from me, try Petreon. It’s a Petrified Eeveelution, after all.
Spookeon and Graveon are both kinda lackluster. Instead, try using Spectreon, or Wispeon.
Machineon is kindaaaa… eh. I like Titaneon, or my personal favorite, Tungsteon. I imagine it’d be incredibly heavy, with Heavy Metal as its main ability.
Jeteon is okay, but I would instead try going back to the cloud angle with Nimbeon (Nimb from Nimbus, which is a type of cloud).

Love the designs, most of the names weren't that good though. Scaleon was great, but since I'm here, I'll give alternate names for all five.
Dragon: Wyrmeon
Ghost: Necreon
Flying: Zephreon
Rock: Vitreon (Root word vitreous, a geological term for classifying minerals' luster.)
Steel: Titaneon is an obvious choice. In fact, I myself made a Titaneon on pen and paper, back when Gen 5 was new. There's also the name Ferreon, from ferrous, meaning made of iron

"the boulder approves" is a reference to the episode of Avatar: the Last Airbender when the Gaang meets Toph in the episode called "The Blind Bandit"
I’ve always liked this he concept of the dragon type not being limited to the classic depiction of dragons, but more of an arcane force, so the name arcaneon sounds cool to me for the dragon type
for my own names, I'm saying:
Dragon: Wyvereon (Wyvern)
Rock: Crageon (Crag - steep or rugged cliif/rock face)
Ghost: Spectreon (Spectre)
Steel: the same
Flying: Galeon (Gale - strong wind)
After my partner predicted that he was gonna name it scaleon, we started making up purposely bad eeveelution names and we predicted bouldeon xD

i think the rock type could be called ''geodeon'', as a reference to geodes, the mineral formation of certain crystal minerals like quartzes. its those hollow balls full of crystal clumps. i think the gemstone theme would fit an eevee more, specially since their whole theme is having a scrambled mixed DNA and all that, and what gives gemstones their coloring is the presence of an elemental inpurity.
personally, i would also make it a mix of tank special attacker with his 2 highest stats being the both defenses, followed by SP atk. this is just so he can have power gem as his first evo move and be able to use it.
also ghost eeveelution should be called duskeon or spectreon.
