Kai Hansen is the true genius of power metal. Without a doubt the greatest exponent of the genre, his voice, his compositions, his lyrics, his way of playing the guitar. He's the fucking master
Kai Hansen is definitely a genius. He wrote a song that seems to be only a sci-fi tale about an alien, but it contains a philosophical meaning completely connected with the hard times in which we are all leaving and how we need to keep on fighting and stand tall despite all of this chaos.
Along with the sci-fi story, musically the song feels a lot like something out of Gamma Ray's Somewhere Out in Space, which is a good thing, since that is one of my favorite Kai Hansen albums.
Now that i bought the single with the long version I can say that this is an absolutely amazing song. And this whole idea of bringing Kai and Michi and Andi together and doing an album is absolutely fantastic. I love the Keepers, I love Gamma Ray, I love Helloween with Andi, so this is the best of the best in one album/band!

I would like a segment like this, where Kai & Weiki talk about their writing process surrounding The Keepers and maybe Walls of Jericho as well?? I think they are such a sick combo, with their particular styles merging into Helloween's sound
As a writer, it would be an honor to sit down wiith this gentleman and share stories. Amazing song he build. Is like a rollercoaster ride from the beginning to the end. I heard of the band before, but never sat down and listen to it and I regret it. I am so in love with this band and this song is incredibly amazing. ❤🎃

Mit Mini LP, Wallis of Jericho und natürlich den Keeper Alben habt ihr mich durch die Pubertät gebracht "How many tears", "I want out" und "We got the right" waren damals meine Lieblingssongs. Als Michael Kiske die Band verlassen hat war ich totunglücklich. Mit Andy war es für mich nicht mehr Helloween. Es war eine neue gute Metal Band, aber eben nicht Helloween. Ich habe mir all die Jahre immer gewünscht, dass Kiske oder Hansen wieder bei Helloween singen. Für mich hat sich hier ein großer Traum erfüllt. Dafür bin ich der ganzen Band von Herzen dankbar. Ihr habt jetzt zum ersten Mal wieder ein Album geschaffen, das Keeper-Niveau erreicht und es an manchen Stellen sogar übertrifft. Als ich das Skyfall Video zum ersten Mal gesehen habe, liefen mir die Tränen herunter. Andy und Michael Seite an Seite und Kai, der erste Sänger von Helloween. Das war magisch. I haven't listened to this song, as I am waiting to be able to hear the entire album front to back. This looks like it is going to be awesome, cannot wait for the release.
Helloween is a pretty kick-ass power-metal band! I think they should open for LOVEBITES once the whole "covid thing" tapers-off, and bands can start touring again!

skyfall is truly a new master peace of the metal..for me, it is the best song of the new album, far away from the others (although "out for the glory" and "fear of the fallen" are good too)...there are others good too, but not so good as skyfall (edit version)
To bad they turn down andi in the mix, he is the true heart and soul of Helloween(has been for a long time)and these "other guys" owe him everything for preserving "their band" haha. Kiske's voice is amazing and so is kai and his guitar playing and singing but they gave up their spot and now expect andi to move out of the way. I love helloween in all eras and started with kai on walls of Jericho but somehow I feel andi should be the singer on this album, I enjoy his voice so much 🤘😎👌👏❤🔥 and I saw Helloween in 2018 on pumpkins united and it was a dream come true with all of them playing and singing the old songs but facts are facts, it's andi's band now 🤷♂️
why kiske and kai are helloween so its righ't that they are more present than andi to be honest the last albums of helloween are boring and i dont want a new boring helloween album with andi singing but for my taste kai is the most important key for the sound of helloween because he writes the best riffs.

I ve been listening over 10 times.Honesty ,I dont feel any fascination like Dr.Stein or Halloween just a verse-to-verse like an oldman retired communication.No screamy,no technical melodic youth as ever. I don know how to pretend to accept this reconciled re-union piecework.

Skyfall is a damn masterpiece. I can't believe this kind of power/fantasy/Sci-Fi/metal song came out in 2021, and it hits perfectly.
