Starscream: Becomes a complete bitch after the first movie for some reason, forgets how to fly apparently because he got hit in the eye. Barricade: Expert at executing defenseless old men, expert at getting his ass kicked both off AND onscreen. Shockwave: Glorified Bullet Sponge, ultimate weakness is a fucking parachute. Megatron: Becomes a total chump after the first movie, somehow losing a gunfight to a beaten, one-armed guy with an axe. Honourable mention goes out to the Fallen, the Ancient Antediluvian Unstoppable Evil who somehow completely forgets that he can use telekinesis and teleport.
May I add one more....... Brawl: absolute tank (literally) takes a huge beating from a weapons specialist as well as expert soldiers, somehow gets overpowered by a midget, a man with no legs and a nurse
Finally, someone who makes sense. All these comments are saying how awesome and powerful their favourite is, when in reality they get 50 seconds of screen time and spend half of it getting their spinal cord ripped out.
I wish sentinel stayed a good guy so him and optimus could team up against shockwave as the main villain of tf3. I think it woulda made for a better film and woulda gave shockwave the respect he deserved
Nitro Zeus is the coolest one imo, he has alot of personality even if he looks like Shockwave, he looks dangerous, looks like a fight capable character, his alternate mode is also pretty cool, what a shame he got stupidly killed like all the nice decepticons we like.

What's good about the bayverse is the designs that look threatening and badass unlike the G1 that look giant walking toys but it's still good and also the music and theme
@Time for a gangbang! nah, movies 1-3 had extremely bad designs. Devastator having testicles? Megatron just looked like twisted parts of metal glues together. And Que just looked ugly. Some of them looked alright, I guess.
@desmond gallagher I agree, ppl like Bumblebee design because not only it simplistic and appealing in the eye, it also have both classic and realism design into it. While Bayverse transformer looks boring and bad in general, the decepticon look like just walking metal scrap with no color or personality at all, its Just well...boring in general.

The fact stinger actually got 8th place compared to other Decepticons. NGL I'm surprised, but also really happy since Stinger is one of my favs despite lack of character. Glad Brawl got at least top 15, dude a real tank for taking all those attacks.

I don't like how shatter and dropkick are low I feel the they should be a bit higher because they did more than other decepicons but it's fan voting so I can understand

I don't see manny things you could like about them other than being triple changers, they pick up smaller robots and being two aganist one, also their moves are weird, they don't look scary or dangerous at all imo.

For me the top Decepticon is Blackout. His introduction in Transformers got to be one of the best if not the best out of all of them. He single handedly wiped out an entire military base without breaking a sweat and it took several missiles and a blow to the chest to take him down. If the F-22s weren't there or if he was on the other side of that street where he died, things might had happened differently, but that is just me being picky.
As for someone who does not go deep into transformer source material, I found Shockwave in Dark of the moon is an absolute badass. He looks so good while Starscream looks like a piece of doritos

A lot of people say Shockwave is the Bobba Fet of the Transformers films and it makes a lot of sense, they both have bad ass looks, bad ass presence, but they don’t really do much.
I am overwhelmed by how many Decepticons there are but after seeing the films my favorites are Lockdown, Starscream, The Fallen and Megatron. Mostly Megatron in his look in Revenge of The Fallen, that's just my favorite look for him.
I agree Lockdown is probably one of the best characters in all the movies, but he is not a decepticon so he wasn't included in this list, otherwise he probably would have been at the top

A lot of people say Shockwave is the Bobba Fet of the Transformers films and it makes a lot of sense, they both have bad ass looks, bad ass presence, but they don’t really do much.
Shockwave looked like he could turn the movie into a horror after that debris fell past his head

My favorites are Barricade and Starscream. Shockwave would have been my favorite but he only got two minutes of screen time 😭😭

I am overwhelmed by how many Decepticons there are but after seeing the films my favorites are Lockdown, Starscream, The Fallen and Megatron. Mostly Megatron in his look in Revenge of The Fallen, that's just my favorite look for him.
I agree Lockdown is probably one of the best characters in all the movies, but he is not a decepticon so he wasn't included in this list, otherwise he probably would have been at the top
@@nightshade897 I agree. I didn't forget that he was never labeled as an Autobot or a Decepticon, he's like somewhere in the middle.

@Mauricio Sierra I know about devastator and I don't hate it. I like the constructicons as individual bots. They are creative imo. I rather the transformers look like alien robots than the overly human looking designs in the last two movies.
did any of U know that ROTF was one of the worst movies in the TF series due to the fact that 2009 was when the writer's strike happened, which led to much controversy
For me It Could be unicron because he is a giant decepticon and with a lot of force
