Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD, lol!) is HUGE in the far north. I'm glad you found out about it early in your stay. Still so many people don't know about it & don't treat it. Even in other parts of the world, we just don't get enough sun day to day to meet our needs. For example, in very sunny Brisbane Australia, a study of normal people during SUMMER showed most of them were deficient in vitamin D.

We watch so much english content here in Sweden and understand pretty much everything. But many don't actually speak english very often so then we realize that omg our mouths don't even know how to form some of those sounds when we actually try to speak for real.

I'm 23 I been playing since I was 13 where should I start is it hard to go overseas
It’s difficult to find a job overseas but It is a little easier if you have an agent & some college game film.

Football is the biggest sport here so when the league starts again in April I would recommend u to go watch a game. Malmö, Göteborg and all the Stockholm clubs has the best atmosphere
