I didn't order her outfit and shoes, but I did order her wig so thank you for making me aware of the issue with the wig so I can adjust my expectations accordingly. Can I ask how long it took for you to get her after you ordered her?
It looks like her wig colors are all over the place. In another video, it's red and brown. What is going on with that!? If they are doing this they need to note the colors won't be the same and give you a choice in what colors you want her wig to be.
So when I ordered teresa there is a little disclaimer that says if they don't have something it will be substituted. When I got the teresa set the wig was like the promo. I am guessing something happened with their original fibers for this wig.

I ordered her in october and got her the same day this was posted. So it did not take long at all, like 2 months.
