Texas build some of the most beautiful homes, and the prices seem to be pretty reasonable. This home in North Carolina would easily cost a million dollars or close to it, but Texas has it priced fare and reasonable. Texas doesn’t seem to be greedy like other states with they price gouging. This a a beautiful home.
You’re right about that I just bought a house in New York and I paid double for it and I’m still fixing the house but when my little one finishes high school I’m going to move there I have 5 more years in New York
@@inspyr9 I live in Texas and I own my home.Our taxes are not higher. Homes here are cheaper than in other states and Texas has a bill that has been passed to abolish property taxes so you are misinformed.

Can you find or get into one of these $600K to $800K new houses without having to live in a HOA community? I can’t stand HOA and more and more people aren’t wanting to move into neighborhoods that have them.

Should be a voluntary membership you shouldn’t be forced to have to pay for that. Just to live in that neighborhood most people don’t even use those amenities.

Personally I’m not into the farmhouse look, not a fan of wood beans prefer coffered ceilings, can’t stand ship lap or barn doors prefer French doors or concrete or traditional fireplaces white. Thought the living room was not wide enough the layout was ok not what I would want. But the exterior was very pretty I love white and neutral colors. And I loved the vaulted ceilings.
The house is not a farmhouse. It's a semi-custom modest house on a large lot. The house tour lead-in into your Christian preaching is creepy and unacceptable.

This home is absolutely beautiful! I love it, especially the kitchen. My brother and his family built in Midlothian, and they really love it there.

That's because of the politics.Most blue states have the highest real estate.
Their property tax is a lot higher so it comes out about equal at the end.
