Sadly, things like this happen. People always comment on Mums breastfeeding in public when all they're doing is trying to feed their child and always complain, which is silly as the people complaining can get told that others don't like the way they eat, there's no difference. Breast feeding can happen anywhere and breasts are meant for feeding babies and not just for men's pleasure.

@extremelypropanda8082 He was acting like a “Ken”. Feeling entitled to get his way and sticking his nose into other people’s business. He ruined his own night.
It's not actually about being able to afford a sitter or not. She is a breastfeeding mom, she likely cannot leave the baby with a sitter. Also, a QUALIFIED babysitter for a newborn is extremely expensive. We're talking a registered nurse who knows infant cpr etc, for 5 hours probably. Even if the baby can drink from a bottle (many breastfeeding babies CANNOT), she would have breast engorgement/ risk mastitis not nursing on schedule. Babies HAVE to be with mom for the first 6 months at least, and if the mom is still breastfeeding beyond that they likely have to still not stray/be babysat. Many mothers also cannot use a pump, in case you were wondering. I am one of them... Just doesn't work for me.
@@extremelypropanda8082 You cannot have any expectation of a truly bougie experience unless you reserve a private table/room at a restaurant, or stay home. Guarantee you this is just an average restaurant, and other people have rights too. Women shouldn’t be expected to be unable to go out in public for a year after childbirth, and this is a very young, very quiet infant. Newborns aren’t really fussy, they’re asleep most of the time. Sick of blatant anti-natalism masking as “decency”. Guarantee you the people who would complain about the baby would complain whether she was at a Silverado’s or a McDonalds, and it would have everything to do with their expectations of what would happen rather than reality…. I always strived to go to places I saw as more accepting of kids after the birth, but you know what? It’s her birthday, baby is quiet, and there is only an imagined problem. People need to be more accepting of people breastfeeding and wearing their babies, they are much much calmer worn and breastfed, and truly not a nuisance. Babies cry only when they need something and the parent has been trying to ignore it/make them wait.
You’re supposed to have a calm and quiet voice at a restaurant anyway… you shouldn’t be shouting for the whole place to hear you. No one goes “ARE YOU ENJOYING OUR DATE, BABE? HOW WAS WORK TODAY?!” He’s acting like he literally got violated😂
@@bhood2000 I’m saying that yelling will make babies more scared and they’ll cry more. Adults shouldn’t be crying unless there’s a valid reason, even then you should stay quiet or leave the public place if you’re going to cry. A happy cry is different. If you’re proposing, happy crying is fine. If you’re annoyed at a proposal, that sucks. People are going to propose at fancy places.
I’m a guy. My sister breast fed her kids. It was awkward when she would pull out her breast and start feeding my niece or nephew at the kitchen table at our parent’s house. Yes, it is absolutely a perfectly natural thing to do but rather uncomfortable (well at least for me) when I was having a donut and a cup of coffee.
@@onceaonceforeveraonce523she shouldnt bring a baby to a fancy restaurant, she claims a babysitter is too expensive, but she can eat at a fancy restaurant
@scoobie4269 Depends on your attitude. If you always let useless things, like a random baby crying bother you, you’re night/day will always be ruined no matter what.
Or maybe he’s right.. there are certain places that are only for adults and that’s how parents can actually stand being around their kids. When they get to drink multiple glasses of wine and smoke a joint.. then we go back to our kids after
Yeaaaah, but most "fancy" restaurants... usually don't like when people are loud. Unless they're "celeb" standard fancy restaurants..those are louder places. So he's kinda wrong too. And the baby wouldn't have been an issue if he just minded his own business. He purposely made the baby cry. I went to fancy places, took My babies to movie theaters. And they never were loud or cried. But I also always made sure I had loud noises around my belly when they were in the womb. Lol

@franklinkhama3038 If he was at the movies or library, then he has a right to complain. But the same doesn’t apply at a restaurant. If he wanted to enjoy a nice quiet meal, there’s absolutely no way to get that in a public place. He would have to stay home for that.
The man actually has a point: When a baby starts crying, they need to IMMEDIATELY be taken out of the restaurant; and nobody wants to see that woman's tits.
What’s not normal about a baby eating? Is it because you sexualize a woman’s body and forget that her purpose is for much more than sex and the male gaze?
I like the video because I can see if my people don’t like I am a single mother breastfeeding, her child in a restaurant, but the same time I see discrimination in it and I can see how Danielle is acting like a baby with his feelings and emotions, and I don’t agree that anyone should go through that, and it was a great video

What that man said was disrespectful the single mother didn't do anything wrong im glad these women siding with a single mother i hope that man learn his lesson
Not EVERYONE likes sitting next to a baby. The man who’s accused of causing a scene was quiet and still tolerated them until she started to play that stupid toy which was definitely annoying and disturbing. There are other people sitting to enjoy their quality experience not to hear someone inconsiderately shaking that toy. The baby was already asleep so it doesn’t makes any sense to do that. I agree it’s a fancy restaurant so don’t act like as if you’re at some local neighborhood. She could have quietly sit with her baby and not play that stupid toy when the baby was already sleeping and it wouldn’t have caused the man to be disturbed. It’s that simple. Everyone could have quietly enjoyed their time.
Nobody was forcing him to “deal” with the baby. He has the freedom to get up and go back home to cook his own food. Or order door dash. Problem solved.
Who says she’s a bad mother? She knows what’s right and what’s wrong and I’m sure if she left her baby at home all by herself she probably would’ve been charged for child neglect, child abandonment and child endangerment because that’s what I call a bad mother! I can see that babysitters are expensive even if I didn’t understand that as child because it is a job but babysitter or parent she is a fabulous mother! She and her baby didn’t cause a scene he just made the baby cause a scene by causing it himself! For those who think someone whether they’re children aren’t doing anything wrong or people with problems that aren’t bad or whatever are gonna cause a scene and are being rude to them just walk out or ignore them because you’re the ones that are causing scenes for everyone. And Dhar it’s just like you said in another video it’s not about the mother’s right to breastfeed it’s about the child’s right to eat! I love you!!! 🩷💖💗💝💕💓💞🫶🏻👍🏻🙏🏻

she was treating herself since it was her birthday + her first day off in a really long time. she might've have been saving up to go to this restaurant
In this case I have to aside with the man. He reserved the date night, spent his money and time, just someone can bother him or expect him to stay silent because it's some stranger's baby's nap time.
No one was bothering the man. He should've kept his mouth shut and minded his own business, not to mention badgering a breastfeeding mom is illegal in some states.
@ itsMari- This isn’t about being right or wrong or taking sides. The way you HANDLE a situation says a lot about you and your character. This is the real world! We ALL at some point have to put up with things we don’t like. If you choose to become parents or a nanny, crying babies is something you have to deal with everyday! Not just as restaurants. Even when you go to be store to run errands, you may spot kids screaming and crying. It’s a part of life. But if you react in a rude way, people will look down upon you for having a nasty attitude.
@WannabeSelina He knew what was upcoming. And it happened as he predicted, baby started crying, BECAUSE he raised his voice, but excuse me, he was supposed to stay silent due to their personal accommodation? Maybe he was being too harsh, but he had all the right to.
the man was right that crying babies in a fine dining restaurant is annoying and inconsiderate. but in this case, the baby was quiet until he made the noise. and i believe there is nothing wrong with breastfeeding. the baby is eating it’s lunch/dinner, just like how everyone else is. and she was also covering herself while feeding so there is no exposing. however, if the baby was continuously crying in a fine dining restaurant, I would 100% agree with the man. I also feel like the owner was biased since she had a baby as well. And a meal on the house? that sounds too good to be true, no fine dining restaurant ever does that irl. this is my honest review about this video

Due to my autism, babies crying is pretty overwhelming for me. I visibly flinch. So it's best for me to focus on keeping myself under control rather than get angry at the parent(s), especially when all the baby is doing is crying because they want to be fed, like everyone else.
It's really a shame not every adult can have the maturity to understand that simple fact about babies.

It's really sad that people tend to sexualize breastfeeding. Luckily, it is illegal to badger a breastfeeding mother in some states.
Public breastfeeding is disgusting. Pooping and peeing are also natural, but we don't do those wherever and whenever, so this should be no different.

Yeaaaah, but most "fancy" restaurants... usually don't like when people are loud. Unless they're "celeb" standard fancy restaurants..those are louder places. So he's kinda wrong too. And they never were loud or cried. But I also always made sure I had loud noises around my belly when they were in the womb. Lol
