wow, it seems like an awesome place, do you guys love it there? are the prices reasonable for accomodation and food? I might have to go check it out, I want to retire someplace nice like that
It's more mexican culture compared to most other touristy towns. It's small town mentality. Prices of food are cheap, If you're shopping in the small tiendas/shops. Like every where in the world Inflation is driving prices up. Houses can be similar to the Canada or the USA if you want something big and fancy. But if you're simpler and love the out doors then yes you can find prices a lot cheaper in Centro. Sunny 330 plus days a year. We get about 20 - 30 rain days a year, and it's always in the high 80s and 90s F. Humidity can be high in the rainy season. But lush and tropical greens with oceans on one side and gorgeous mountains surrounding us. Stay tuned for this Fridays release as we travel to a near by beach town.
Huatulco is awesome.. ❤. This is great info here.. I have also found lots of info on Facebook like Expats in Huatulco.. lately we have been visiting Huatulco a lot.
You are right, Huatulco is awesome indeed. If you haven't already, check out our Huatulco shopping video at: www.youtube.com/@KristinaandDavid?sub_confirmation=1 Enjoy your visits here and thanks for watching!
I just received my permanent residency in Mexico and am looking for a place in Huatulco. I have three medium-sized dogs that need a yard with a wall around it. I am coming from Costa Rica, so I am used to the Tico lifestyle. It is cooler where we are at now because we are in the mountains. It never gets over 80 degrees F. It's just me and my wife, and the three dogs.In Costa Rica, it's common to find yards with walls around them, and freestanding homes not attached to others. I was in Puerto Vallarta last week and it seemed nearly impossible to find. Does that exist in or around Huatulco, and how would I find it?
Hi Steve. As in all places in the world, price determines many things. Most homes are very close to each other here, unless you move to a neighbourhood that is more expensive. My suggestion is to contact Tracey or Tristan at facebook.com/Vistasdehuatulcorealtygroup and see what they have available to share with you. Good luck with your move!
It makes me feel good that people like you from Canada record from Huatulco beautiful places for me personally I love it and just watching the video it's making me come back soon to visit of course I do it every year thanks you guys once again

Yes, we know this building very well, a roof top pool and terrace. Great location, and Alejandro is a good guy who manages and looks after the property.
@@KristinaandDavidwe love it but we’re only there a couple of weeks before coming to Texas! We will return to Lake Chapala at the end of July! Of course we will support your channel! ❤
