My dream has been since the original Model 3 presentation years ago to own a model 3. With the refreshed design it looks even more beautiful than I dreamed of. Thank you Tesla. Hopefully one day I'll have a job/career so I can afford one so I can keep my family safe and happy on our road trips. 🙏
@@austinpowers1999 I have bad credit because of my ex-wife. I don't have $1000 to my name right now. I make only $14 per hour with a 40 hour work week. Plus I have a second job right now working a maximum of 20 hours per week at $13 per hour but sometimes sent home early if they're not busy.
I just looked the other day and you can by used performance ones in the mid $20k. That is so cheap considering it's just as fast 0-60 as a $200k Audi or $225k Porsche. Just a heads up though, you'll be paying $1,200 every couple of years on tires. But factor in that you no longer pay for brakes, oil changes, tran fluid, etc.
It's been a year since I picked my multi coat red Y, one of the last cars of this color ever produced and I really like that color. But ultra feels even better!
I watched this video twice already. Can't wait for my Long Range Highland to arrive this fall. I got mine in white ext white interior but damn this Ultra Red looks gorgeous but 2000 eur seemed too much for me when I ordered it, hope I won't regret not picking the red color in the future.
You can't go wrong with white man. I was tempted by red and spent 2000 more on it but maybe because I've seen it enough, maybe I should have saved those 2000
Beautifully shot video, stunning, great choice of background music. The new Model 3 looks significantly better and the new red is spectacular. I just seriously wish it had stalks!!! ...so much easier to use and far more practical. The biggest mistake by far of with new update.
Looks nice, but lack of stalks in Europe with the amount of roundabouts we have? just an accident waiting to happen... surprised it's even legal to do that. Turn the wheel and suddenly you have zero clue where the indicators are.
I have no idea why everyone who has never tried it always parrots the same thing... please try it first! I tested it in the Model S and I think it's brilliant! i live in Austria ;)
@@milanjordan I don't need to try it to know it's a terrible idea. Even trying to find volume controls while turning the wheel is awful and I have to thiink about which is up and which is down. (which are in the exact same place as the indicators on the Tesla) So having something I would need when turning a corner or roundabout moving around is just dangerous, as people will be searching for them when turning.
I have a 2018 and have really enjoyed it. This refresh is beautiful & needed! Surprised that the emergency exit lever is still in the same place. It’s too easy to access by mistake. I always have to instruct a new person to Tesla not to use it for opening the door. Great video
After researching EV cars for months and months, test driving Volvos, polestars, Hyundai’s and many more I wasn’t particularly happy, especially when spending that much. Wanted tesla Y or 3 but it had no updates. And then, they released the highland…
New front is growing on me but the perforated seats are not. Wouldn't those be dirt traps. That just does not seem worth it. You can cool under the pleather if you must.
Will wait and see how people react to missing stalks. If the range and performance is not leap and bounds better, I don't think my wife should trade in her 2020 Model 3 Performance for this newer model especially they are only differed by new headlights, rear lights and bumper treatments only. That slight gain in efficiency with a slight lower drag means an old drag of 0.23 vs new 0.219, a gain of about 5% efficiency. However, if one drives at low speed often, that would not even matter since this type of coefficient only matters at highway speed. And that also depends on temperature for optimal battery performance, wind speed and wind direction, road surface conditions, etc. So that 5% may only look good on paper for most drivers. The thing that matters most is actually if the new Model 3 can finally match the officially stated EPA range despite all the other distraction about coefficient, aerodynamics, possibly reduced weight, etc. My wife cars with a 100% charge for our last trip only lasted 260 miles out of the claimed 315 miles with almost only freeway miles from Northern California to LA. before the car really needed to be charged at just 3% state of charge. And, that was on a nice day with mild weather at around 75 F. We were trying to see really how far a close to 100% charge can last. Hope there is marked improvement on the real-world range versus the EPA range for the new Model 3. Then, the rear center touch screen is not for every family as well. Who look at a small screen and have to look down to it. Wouldn't it cause neck pain and eye strain while looking down at a small screen for too long? And the screen is so small, wouldn't wearing a VR goggle be more enjoyable as one can virtually make the screen as big as one can with a VR headset. Tesla may be the leader for now, but it still has lots of room for improvement. Also Tesla, please do a better job with your quality control, my coworker's 2023 Model Y still have panel gaps and door panels not lining up straight and near the trunk left side, the separation between trunk lid and panel was 12 mm wider compared to the same location on the right side. So, please pay more attention to details please Tesla as you are charging us a nice chunk of money for the products. Thank you for listening, if you are. I am a shareholder, there are things that Tesla definitely needs to improve on (still). I am not going to lie.
Remember the EPA range is consist of city and highway driving. Also if you do hard breaking, quick acceleration, above 65 mph on highway, you are not driving EPA cycle (not efficient). Set your M3 to chill mode, this will help extend your range.
The trunk looks unfinished once again exposing speakers and screws. However, wish there is a long enough screw like the current Model 3 for us to put an aftermarket hook there to secure our grocery bags.

Just lease it. I paid $6,200 down and will get $7,500 back in tax credit. Lease is $414/mo and it costs me $25.00/mo in electric to drive it.

Best car! I have test driven all EVs on the market and Tesla is just lightyears ahead of any competition. My Model 3 will be delivered soon!

I must say I did really hate the previous design, this thing is a beauty

The old design is still nice. Can’t believe you “HATE” it. Whaack!
@@tonec-the only thing they changed were the headlights 😭🤣
Wow, best video. You really see the exact texture of each single component.🎉
Thanks 🙏 really appreciate your feedback
