I just started doing prep meals recently. Yesterday I did step #4 and I hadn’t even seen this video yet! I made herb and lemon marinated chicken breasts with asparagus and roasted red peppers in the oven, at the same time I put carrots, red potatoes, water and chicken in the crockpot, while also using my Ninja air fryer for honey mustard chicken, and made brown rice in the microwave. The crockpot chicken cooked overnight so I was able to split up filling prep meal containers on day one and the next morning. I’m so excited I thought of this and it’s actually your 4th step!
Lurv the clarity of your thought/ PROCESS! ( Were- are- you good at math? What job(s) training have you mastered, that enabled or led so logically to the video collection? You mention '" mindset"...I'm sure you could create other video collections that teach similar organising skills+ optimum use of time? Finance? Self-care? Parenting + Partnering for less stress but more fun?Housekeeping so it's not a CAREER... etc, etc...) My query: what do you need to buy/ collect/ core essentials to plan having - so that's another meal prep subsection you can stop wracking your brain about. ie smooth operator supplies..
Need to get back to meal prepping, but planning ahead is totally key! Love the post it notes idea - I use a magnetic whiteboard we have on the fridge but same concept 😉😊
The first tip is the ONE i need it the most…thank you 😊😊
Here (the netherlands) green waste is collected nationwide and been put to good use. So the scrapbowl is a big "yes"
Amazing!!!!
I totally love your hairstyle, Stefanie.
Thanks byron!
