I never actually looked close enough to see it was visible in John Wick, but I always just assumed he was picking a dog that was going to be put down, since he was looking at their info. It made sense and since his previous dog was a gift from his dead wife that symbolically saved him, it was fitting for him to be picking a dog to save.
The rest of these were extremely obvious plot points from the movies, that no one who saw any of them missed, except the Knight's Tale one, which was just a silly gag. And probably was noticed by anyone who saw it, I didn't watch that crap so it's the first I'm seeing it, but the scene shown looked pretty obvious.

Mia Wallace has a cursed touch: Pulp Fiction. We learn, before Vincent goes on a date with Mia, that a man named Antoine "Rocky Horror" may have given her a foot massage that got him thrown out of a window by Mia's husband, Marcellus. Mia clarifies that Antoine didn't rub her feet and that the only thing of hers he touched was her hand when he shook it on her wedding day. Even though Antione did nothing but shake her hand, he still got thrown out of a window. On Mia's date with Vincent, the pair don't touch even when they're dancing. It's only when they get back to Mia's place that they embrace and enter the home with a tango stride. Immediately after that, Mia overdoses. What follows is a tense sequence in which we bring Mia back to life and when Vincent drops her off he gets her to agree never to tell Marcellus what happened. Vincent says: "Shake on that?" And just like with Antoine, they shake hands. They next time we see Vincent, he gets shot to death in a bathroom. Antonine shakes her hands, get thrown out a window. Vincent touches MIa for a dance move, Mia overdoses. Vincent shakes her hand in an agreement, gets shot to death. Mia Wallace has a cursed touch.

@@mattwilkinson5858 It's interesting to me that Vincent speaks with himself in the mirror about loyalty while deciding whether or not to stay or go. He makes the right, good, loyal choice when he comes out of the bathroom, fights his urges, respects his boss and just wants to go home instead of doing something with Mia. In any other film, that would be rewarded. But Instead he gets punished with her overdose. A cursed touch explains this. Besides, this movie can be so damn literal sometimes. Jules says that Marcellus Wallace don't like to be f*cked by anybody except Ms. Wallace. And that's true. We actually see Marcellus get f*cked by someone who isn't Mia Wallace, and he really doesn't like it.

I'm pretty sure that the Pulp Fiction scenes aren't perfectly timed with each other. For one, they weren't shot simultaneously with each other from different angles in one take. For two, we should really think of it as two different scenes taking place at the same location, that end up becoming the final scene. When the robbery begins, Honey Bunny's dialogue changes. That indicates the two scenes are now the final scene and signifies a change from secondary character Ringo's perspective to main character Jules' perspective. Tarantino intentionally changed the line for that purpose, because two people are witnessing the same event but experiencing it differently; in this case it includes the audience. That means it doesn't matter if the scenes are in sync, we're experiencing through the eyes of two different characters who weren't paying attention to what the other person was doing.
