Thank YOU Karen! I'm really happy you enjoyed! I'm having such a good time filming and sharing Christmas in London with you all! Its a real tonic! Loads of love Qxxx
Queenie, thank you for struggling your way along the street for us. Good thing you are a Londoner & no surprise your enchantment with that pink streaming window. We are in your debt. ... waving from Cambridge ...
What stunning, sparkling windows at Selfridges. I love all the tinsel, baubles, stars and beautifully wrapped Christmas presents. Thanks for your time and patience filming this given how busy it was.🎄🎅🤶🧑🎄
‘Ello ms queenie! I’ve popped back to see this years’ gorgeous displays & Christmas goodies with you! I’m an old lady in New York State USA, & I discovered your neat little jaunts last Christmas. You do a splendid job! I bought some things from Harrods for my family & myself. I cannot wait to get over there in person! It won’t be long. I’m relocating to Portugal in a few months.
Oh my goodness goodness goodness goodness goodness gracious ..the windows were Absolutely Fabulous.. my absolute favorite was the Pink spinning tree in between the other 2 Pink trees with all the decorations.. I would have stood there for hours.. Soaking it all up in my memory bank...❤..🎉🎉🎉🎉
Complete sensory overload and it's wonderful. While true that the subject/themes may not appeal to children, all kids love bright colours and sparkles. I think they'll survive. Frankly, I've had my fill of whimsical rodents. Thank you Queenie!
@elijahloxton3916 YES! I went past there after work again today, and there were LOADS of children loving them! I really do love that window with all the Chrostmas cards, and I'm totally in agreement with you about the whimsical rodents! :) I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thank you! Qxxx
Oh very imaginative windows. I kept thinking Emerald City 😂 oh I want the comfy boots x Now be honest how many baubles did you purchase? 😂🤣🤪Hope you and the family are all well xxxxxx
Wow 😮 - what is happening?!! It's like Christmas on speed!! Truly not my cup o tea, but each to their own. Too manic, too depressing and just too much! Gave me a headache looking at it all. I love creativity and imagination, but I didn't know where to go with all that 🥴 They've just thrown EVERYTHING at it..... and in my eyes, it's not worked. Where's the wonder and magic of Christmas??? Thank you for your time and effort in showing us, I really appreciate your videos as I am in Cyprus and miss a UK Christmas experience.
Sad but..With all the different religions in London.. and the atheism that is very high ..I don't think stores want to post Nativity scenes... people would boycott their stores..Sad.. but that's worldly retail..
I understand stand where you’re coming from but I personally would feel uncomfortable about mixing religion with commerce and materialism. Seem to me they are polar opposites.
Not wow. The yellow window with the spinning tree was really good. The bigger windows were better than the small ones. Makes you think a different person's concept was used.
Did I miss something? Where’s Christmas - trees, Santa, reindeer. I saw clothing, sneakers, pocketbooks, etc. I thought they were gaudy and tacky - very disappointing to me.
I agree, Cathy, that they aren't traditionally Christmassy, and your comment got me thinking about what I've seen from the windows of the big five department stores - Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, Selfridges, Liberty and Harvey Nichols. None of them have Santa's, there are barely any traditional trees, i've seen 1 stag (he wasnt a happy reindeer!) There is not one reference to any Christianity in Christmas at all and children appear to have been forgotten altogether. Nothing is done to appeal to them. It is very, very sad. With each year that passes, it becomes less Christmas and more "Winter Holidays." Sometimes it seems as if some out there are presenting us a new version of what they think Christmas should be. It's up to us now, to keep Christmas, Christmas! Lots of love, Qxxx
@ I agree with you 100 percent. I wasn’t thinking about the children seeing these windows but it’s so true, there isn’t much of the traditional Christmas of the past. By the way, you do a fantastic job with your videos. My mom and I really enjoy them. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 😀

Wauw!! Thank you!!! We visit London just before Christmas and I can’t wait ❤️
Great video and description. They use our Feonic window speakers for the sound every year.

Thank you for sharing this video, windows are amazing,
Glad to see that this tradition remains with the department stores in Great Britain. It has completely disappeared in the states
Nothing says Christmas to me. It is beautiful but it just says money to me. They could have these windows any time of the year.

No Nativity in these dark times is disappointing.
@@nanabuster7285 It is. There wasn't one at Fortnum's either. And not a peep of any at Harrods. :( Qxxx

Hideous Selfridges windows…about as Christmassy as a totally un Christmassy thing.
