This reaction was completely satisfying, the way that none of you held back on your amazement. It's so great to watch something you appreciate through 'new eyes' over and over again. This choreo of this whole piece was brilliant - coordinating the seven members with the constant movement of all the backup dancers. We really have to go back and watch the dance break in slow motion to catch all the details. Love how the backup dancers lined up in front of that long table and seamlessly made all these wave-like formations... maintaining perfect levels throughout. And those trust falls - they make it look easy!

You really need to watch the actual live 2019 MMA awards performance. Legendary. The first time I watched it, I forgot it was an awards show and not a BTS concert. Its crazy because just off this dance Practice y'all are getting the "You can't sit with us vibe" this wasn't even half the performance that night. I'm talking Trojan horses and fire and water, individual dance breaks and live animals😂 Bruh! They went in on this whole performance. It was "You can't sit or stand with us" energy. Since this is a MMA Dance Practice: You haven't seen BTS performances if you haven't seen their MMA and MAMA performances. Even other groups tend to show their best at these award shows.
Best dance practice for me is War of Hormone because of the humour and similarly 21st Century Girls where they wear funny costumes. Idol is probably the hardest choreo. Dionysus is just a total show. They always amaze me with what they wear for practice - Timberlands, hoodies, hats and Tae in his ‘jammies’.
Wait until MAMA’s come to the US in 2022! It will blow many a mind. US award shows will really have to increase the efforts. (BTS did this at a few award shows)
