Golden Ears Trail Run - 28km 9hr

On the 20th of July 2019 my brother Mike, friend Julio and I reached the summit of Golden Ears and back in 9 hours. This video shares our day. We had a blast!

No technical terrain, just spread time evenly, I did this trail in the summer of 2022 (10.5 h) from creek side parking lot, not west canyon parking lot.
